The Site Plan

Your safety is of paramount importance and the following guidelines have been issued to comply with Health and Safety legislation. Thank you for observing them.

This was drawn before building started on site.

Please use the designated car park and visit our Marketing Suite first. You must always be accompanied by Bryant Homes personnel anywhere on the development outside the showhome area. Hard hats must be worn at all times on a development under construction. Access cannot be given to areas where scaffolding is erected.

Whilst it is always our intention to build in accordance with this plan, there are occasions when boundaries and layouts may change as the development proceeds. Please check the details of your chosen plot with the Homes Consultant at reservation. The deed plan will be sent directly to your solicitors and should be inspected by you when you visit. Photographs The brochures contain photographs of existing Bryant homes on other developments. Elevations

Appropriate footwear is essential when walking around the development, as footpaths and roads may be uneven or unfinished.

Colours of bricks, roof tiles and elevational treatments may vary from house to house. The area surrounding each home may differ from that shown.

Please be aware that construction vehicles, such as forklift trucks, may not be able to see you as easily as you can see them. Please keep children supervised at all times.

Architects illustrations are used to represent typical house types.

The Surrounding Area We provide general information regarding the surrounding area, its facilities and communications. At the time of going to print this information was correct to the best of our knowledge. The land adjacent to the development and surrounding area outside the ownership of Bryant Homes is subject to the usual statutory planning controls. To obtain up-to-date information we recommend you contact the relevant local planning authority.

Please be sure to check with the Homes Consultant for details of finishes relating to your individual plot, at the time of reservation.
