Exit the M1 at junction 25 to join the A52 travelling westwards towards Derby. Take the second exit at the Pentagon junction, and bear right into the underpass. Cross the river, then follow signs for Allestree (A6). Carry on into Duffield Road travelling north. Follow Duffield Road for approximately a mile, and at the roundabout, take the first exit to enter Broadway. The development is on the right.

Approaching Derby, pass the turning for Little Eaton, and at the next roundabout, take the second exit to enter Abbey Hill. Take the first slip road onto the Abbey Hill roundabout, and then take the first exit to join Duffield Road (A6). At the roundabout approximately a mile on, take the third exit into Broadway. The development is on the right.
