Nothing beats coming home to Leathan Meadows With its excellent commuter links to Aberdeen, Leathan Meadows is located within a former fishing community filled with good local facilities, including excellent schools, sporting opportunities and attractive shops. At Stewart Milne Homes, we never forget that a home isn’t just where you live, it’s how you live. And that moving to a new home is a fresh, exciting start - and often one of life’s most inspiring moments.

That’s why this brochure includes not only the details you’d expect - sizes, specifications and styles - but also something of the life you’ll live at Leathan Meadows: surroundings, shops, schools... After all, this isn’t a sales brochure. This is your new home.

Your new location Steeped in history, surrounded by countryside – this is a wonderful place to call home. Leathan Meadows is situated a stone’s throw from Portlethen, a coastal village lying along the North Sea coast. A small island, May Craig, is situated offshore from Portlethen. So if factors like space, the open air, a friendly local community and rewarding pace of life also matter to you - it’s certainly the perfect spot. The open and tranquil character of Leathan Meadows is set by rolling hills that create a spectacular border to the development. It’s a true breath of fresh air.

Nearby Aberdeen, fondly known as the Granite City, is a vibrant and dynamic centre which boasts shopping second to none and a plethora of exciting restaurants, clubs and pubs.

If you’re a keen golfer then Portlethen Golf Club is just the ticket and is located just a short distance away. Founded in 1981, it has a championship course designed by Donald Steel, which opened in 1989.
