One of the reasons that we publish the Newham Mag is to show how the council delivers the services you say are important. In this issue we look back at what we’ve delivered in the past year. Our review outlines the exceptional work that we have been doing around reducing crime, raising educational attainment, keeping the borough clean and helping residents find jobs. You can read more about how Workplace, the council’s employment service, has helped 20,000 residents into work.
