Tender Workshop

I have taken part in the two day Healthy Relationships workshop delivered by Tender As a P4C Champion, I also worked with members of the Student Equalities Group and other students in Key Stage 3 to learn about and discuss issues such as gender based violence and discrimination, consent and equality. We all felt included and respected. The workshop allowed me to express myself in a safe and sensitive environment. I could share my true feelings without the fear of being judged by anyone. We will be sharing what we have learnt with others by making a short film that will help everyone at Rokeby School understand what makes a healthy relationship, the 'red flags' of an unhealthy relationship and how we can help others in our class, school, family and community. Tender is a group that I enjoy working with and the two people leading the workshop made sure we were fully supported and involved.
