The end of term photography exhibition displayed work from pupils in the Inclusion Department: Khadeejah Ali, Shane Taylor, Freddie Fairchild and Nikki Clutterbuck. Pupils were inspired by many things, but the majority focused on their interests such as cooking and food and more personal interests like bikes, fishing, nature and flowers. Photography has helped pupils to be able to observe the world around and give them the confidence to record objects of interest.. They have had the opportunity of using an SLR camera and have used images from their phones. Pupils were inspired by the work of artists, including; Andy Warhol. They have also used inspiration from collage from ideas of Anna Hoch and Surrealism. The exhibition was a great success and attended by friends, family and staff who were amazed at the talent displayed. Dyslexia Coffee Morning Here is the latest edition of the NCL newsletter with a round up of events across the schools in the trust.
Just a reminder there will be a coffee morning on Wednesday 26th June, 10.30am to 12.30 pm for parents/carers of dyslexic pupils. Come along and share ideas with others and find out the new definition of dyslexia that is going to be introduced. Also any other helpful information to be shared. Ms Hayibor, Inclusion Teacher
