Year 11 Leavers

This week, we held a heartfelt Year 11 leavers assembly, marking a very emotional goodbye for both students and staff. This was followed by the time-honoured tradition of shirt signing on the school field. As they embark on their study leave, we want to extend our best wishes to each and every one of them. We are incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication, and we are confident that they will continue to excel in their future endeavors. We are all looking forward to seeing them again at the Year 11 prom on the 28th of June. It promises to be a memorable event and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate their achievements and bid them a farewellonelasttimethisyear. Ms Bland/ Ms Choudhury

Are you aged 16-17?

Newark Youth London is running a NCS programme for 16-17 year olds with three experiences from June 2024 to February 2025.

These experiences will be based around the themes: Life Skills, Social Action and Employability.

Get ready to boost your confidence, grow your resilience, meet new friends, be a force for good, and learn new skills for the world of work!

Our NCS Programme

Theme 1: Lifeskills - Participate in weekly sports/youth club activities/summer project and volunteering. Workshops/Courses on Customer Service, Food Safety, Budgeting and Intro to Football

Theme 2: SocialAction – Deliver a project for your community. Learn to plan, organise and deliver the project

Theme 3: Employability – Improve your CV and interview techniques, gain accredited qualification, go on careers Insight Day
