Inclusion Department Bake Sale for Comic Relief

Overthepastweek,theInclusiondepartmenthasdedicatedtime andefforttobakingcakesandbiscuitsforComicReliefRedNose Day. Pupils from various Inclusion classes and interventions worked together to create delicious treats. This was a true team effort, with many students volunteering to run the stalls during morning and lunchtime breaks,over £60 was raised for this importantcauseThosepupilsinInclusionclasseswerealsogiven theopportunitytohavetheirfacepaintedaswell.

Inclusion Department’s Visit to the Museum of London Docklands

Our Sensory and Nurture classes visited the Museum of the London Docklands on Monday,17thMarchforitsannualSENDQuiet Day.

During this visit students got to take part in tailored activities including craft making, object handling, performances, and also beingabletoexplorethemuseum. They also participated in a series of workshops run by the Museum prior to their visit. An additional highlight for the Sensory students and staff was meeting their former teacher, Mr. Smith who was also visiting the museum with students from his current school.
