Kennel Gazette is published by Newhall Publishing on behalf of the Kennel Club. The magazine is a contemporary size with soft-touch cover and includes feature content with a more commercial appeal. Newhall Publishing is also working with the Kennel Club to build on its existing loyal subscription base.

The magazine is delivered to discerning dog owners and breeders who are at the top of their field – they are committed to protect and promote the health and welfare of all dogs. Through the pages of the Kennel Gazette they offer dog owners and those who work with dogs a source of education, experience and advice on puppy buying, dog health, training and breeding.

Manages the UK’s largest registration database for both pedigree and cross-breed dogs.

Runs the Petlog database, which is one of the UK’s biggest reunification services for microchipped animals.

Accredited by UKAS to certify members of the Kennel Club Assured Breeder Scheme, which is the only scheme in the UK that monitors breeders in order to protect the welfare of puppies and breeding bitches.

Manages the UK’s largest dog training programme, the Good Citizen Dog Training Scheme, and licenses shows and clubs providing a wide range of activities.

Helps people to enjoy fun sports and activities with their dogs. Runs the world’s largest dog event, Crufts, which bas been running since 1891, and licenses more than 4,500 other dog shows and events each year.

Committed to providing education and advice to puppy buyers to ensure that they buy the right breed for their lifestyle, from a responsible breeder.

The Kennel Club Charitable Trust supports research into dog diseases and supports dog welfare charities, including Kennel Club Breed Rescue organisations that re-home dogs and assistance dog charities.

Jointly runs health screening schemes with the British Veterinary Association and, through the Kennel Club Charitable Trust, funds the Kennel Club Genetics Centre at the Animal Health Trust, which is at the forefront of pioneering research into dog health.
