Zest Theatre Performance On 23rd January 2018 our Sixth Formers were visited by Zest theatre, a national touring company that create eye-opening new work for young people. The group came in to our school and gave a performance of ‘Until It’s Gone’, to our Sixth Form, year 10 and 11 students. ‘Until It’s Gone’ is a hard-hitting production based on the true-life stories of homeless young people. Following on from the performance, the actors took time to speak to our students about the issues addressed in the show, such as drug and alcohol abuse, homelessness and exploitation and how they can be prevented. Information was then given to students on who to contact if ever they were unfortunate enough to find themselves in similar circumstances. Our students thoroughly enjoyed the performance, finding it eye-opening and extremely worthwhile and everyone felt that the information provided was very useful. A huge thank you to the members of Zest Theatre for coming into the college and holding this production.
