THE EARTH'S MANTLE IS FRACTURING (continued) Storms, tornadoes, blizzards, fires and floods have ravaged America since January with a regularity that have left at least 100 dead, hundreds injured and hundreds of millions in destruction.

Nonetheless, we are still in a mercy period where the full force of judgments are restrained, Compare the recent storm that hit Myanmar killing at least 128,000 to our loss of about 100 souls from storms over a five month period of time. This restraint on judgments will end in 2009. However, the potential of a serious judgment striking somewhere in America this year is "possible"- but again, widespread destructions will not begin to surface until we enter into the year 2009.

I will devote the main part of this Newsletter to addressing this issue.

The EARTH'S MANTLE is fracturing; the rent that started November 23, 1991 and was stopped by a prophetic mission in 1992 is re-emerging. The constant blast of storms sweeping the U.S. since January, 2008 is a reflection of surging corma being forced upwards by the fractured mantle (some 430 deep in the earth); the recent emergence of earthquakes on the west coast, in the midwest and on east coast, even down to Texas that have hit in 2008 are only the early harbingers of more serious troubles to come.

This report is designed to inform you of what is happening, what it means, and what we are facing as a nation and a pcoplc. There are several components to this picture, these being: 1.) JESUS' MERCY , 2.) DEMON POWER INTERFACING WITH NATURAL FORCES, 3.) THE EARTH AND THE FRACTURE IN THE EARTH'S MANTLE, 4.) NORTH AMERICAN FAULTS and MARYLAND, 5.) 1.) JESUS' S MERCY Lucifer would receive his commission from the church to initiate judgments in 1989; however, JESUS, by His Word, presented a restraint in judgments forthe sake of His people. This is what He told us on May 19120, 1989: "FROM THE TIME I RELOCATE YOU, THOSE WHO ARE MINE HAVE 2 YEARS TO RELOCATE. IT WILL BE A TROUBLED 2 YEARS, YET 1 WILL RESTORE ALL TO MINE AFTER 2 YEARS. THOSE WHO REMAIN WILL HAVE NO HELP OR DEFENSE." (JESUS to Chuck-JOHNEL May 19/20, 1989)

At first (1989) I took it literally as speaking of a two year period of time, but when JESUS did RELOCATE us April 24, 2005 to Colville, Washington I came to understand His Word better and finally saw this Word as speaking of a period of six years.

This period of time ran from April 24" to September 23 rd in each of the two year segments. In our February 2007 Newsletter I showed these two year segments as follows: RELOCATE TWO YEARS: 2005 to 2007 (Open Door period) TROUBLED TWO YEARS; 2007 to 2009 (Difficult time) NO HELP OR DEFENSE: 2009 to 2011 (Restore period) The best period of time to relocate would have been April 24-September 23 of 2005 to 2007, which I refer to now as the "open door period."

The troubled two years would be April 24-September 23 of 2007 to 2009.1 projected in 2005 that in this time gasoline prices would be so high that moving would be difficult/costly and that the housing market would collapse (which it did).

The period from 2009 to 2011 is a dark period where the trials would be immense making relocation almost impossible and quite painful. Even so, those that move by faith looking to JESUS will see everything restored to them that is lost in this time.

As we move from one 2 year segment to another (2005-2007 to 2007-2009 and then onto 2009-201 1) the extent to which judgments are restrained diminishes and the judgments intensify as mercy diminishes. The situation progressively deteriorates.

JESUS'S MERCY (continued) It is well to keep in mind that in any consideration of what level of judgment might happen that we continually refer to JESUS Word of 1989 whereby His MERCY will restrain those judgments. While we "might" see a major judgment hit in 2008; the last 2 year period (2009 to 2010) is most likely to produce the most devastating judgments - some real humdingers that are both very deadly and highly destructive!

2.) DEMON POWER INTERFACING WITH NATURAL FORCES In my experience as JESUS' prophet, I have seen the church in America reject JESUS' Word and call to prayer, and repentance and prayer year in and year out. In doing this, the opportunity to mitigate, limit, contain and/or cancel judgments has been almost entirely discarded by the church under its leadership which openly and readily rejects God's Word.

The cumulative effect of this intense and persistent resistance to the Lord God has been to turn the authority JESUS invested in His church on its head. JESUS gave His people power over all the power of the enemy, but in rejecting His Word and His help they misapply that authority and end up empowering the enemy and resisting God's help. This in turn has the effect of both "empowering and loosing" the enemy.

On February 9, 1989, following the obtaining of what mercy we could obtain with li mited prayer, GOD THE FATHER required that I convey to Lucifer the "commission" he had gotten from the church through the pastors who resist God. The "decision" had been made and when I conveyed to Lucifer that commission to execute judgment this is what that old dragon said on February 9, 1989: Lucifer excitedly drew his sword and stood up shouting, "I knew these would give themselves to me (speaking of the pastors and church leaders) - now 1 Can reward them!" Then Lucifer relaxed and got conversational saying to me, "J have the commission and release all that is yours - yet answer me in this, what is your intent?"

JESUS spoke to me saying, "TELL HIM." So I spoke to Lucifer saying this, "To do all the Will of GOD through JESUS CHRIST and to tear down your kingdom to snake way for JESUS' return!"

2.) DEMON POWER INTERFACING WITH NATURAL FORCES (continued) Lucifer had a wild look in his eyes, then sneered saying, "See, every pastor follows me; how think you to do anything now! a! " I replied: "JESUS CHRIST'S Victory is ALL - what is that against His Victory Eternal?!" Shortly after this Lucifer departed, the parlay ended. However, the HOLY SPIRIT gave me to over hear Lucifer talking to his demon princes following the end of this parlay during which Lucifer said this: "...he (referring to me) does not know of what we have done in Persia, nor what is underway now... We have the power now, and have prevailed with men to hear us over Him (reference to JESUS) - they call me their Lord now. Such fools, so blind and eager to follow their own lusts. These are no threat to us anymore. But those few that believe the Nazarene, they are few, but be on guard, these are dangerous - theirsickness can spread and we must be ever watchful to stop that by those who follow me." (referring to the pastors in the church system of man).

When I asked JESUS what Lucifer was talking about concerning Persia, He told me that the enemy was ready to close the trap on America, to draw this nation into that war trap in the Persian Gulf that would result in a military defeat of the U.S., a horrific loss of life and events that would lead to Nuclear World War III. With the commission to execute judgments gotten on February 9, 1989 Lucifer is able to interface with physical forces in this world to intensify them, to re-direct them and to make the loss of life greater and the level of destruction higher using demon power available to him in this world.

This is a hidden factor in the judgments that is now unfolding in this world - massive demon power working behind the scenes to make every storm, earthquake, volcanic event and other judgments much, much worse than they might otherwise be.

Those who belong to JESUS, the faithful-obedient, the Elect, the innocent children of God, the Sealed will enjoy a certain immunity from the power of the enemy but they too can be affected; as destruction swirls all around them it will have an indirect effect. Look to JESUS, trusting Him to bring us through is going to become a lifetime walk, not a "once in awhile" thing. Amen.

3.) THE EARTH AND THE FRACTURE IN THE EARTH'S MANTLE On November 28, 1984 JESUS spoke to me and said this: "...YES, AS I HAVE SHEWN YOU, THE MANTLE FOR 5,000 MILES LINEAR FROM CENTER POINT BETWEEN MAMMOTH AND SEATTLE IS NEARING THE SHATTERING PO1NT...ROCKY LAYERS ARE BENT AND SINCE NOVEMBER 23 RD CRACKS ARE SPREADING BY THE HOUR AND DAY, IF IT IS ALLOWED TO BREAK AND BURST IT WOULD DEVASTATE MANKIND. I WILL NOT ALLOW THIS, THOUGH MY BODY WOULD, I OVER RULE IN THIS...MEN WILL LOOK BACK AND KNOW THIS WORD TRUE..."

Even back in 1984 the `church decision power' was clearly a component in the loosing of judgment as revealed by JESUS when He said "THOUGH MY BODY WOULD." In 1984 JESUS would intervene to prevent this shattering of the earth's mantle. Time was granted His church to decide between mercy and judgment, but as already shared, the decision was to loose judgments in 1989.

When Nancy-TONI joined the Ministry in 1985 she began reading all the Word of the Lord in the record and she came upon this Word of 1984 (above).

On November 23, 1 99 1 Nancy-TONI told me that she had a clear discernment that the earth's mantle had indeed rent, shattered, on that day.

Years earlier (1981-1982) we had learned that a revelation of the Lord in 1981 about a period of 219 days pertained to the time it took for an event happening deep in the earth (430 miles) to reach the surface.

7.5 Richter Earthquake hits California June 28, 1992 219 days from November 23, 1991 came to June 28, 1992. On that day a massive earthquake struck the desert areas of southern California: Landers and Big Bear Lake, California were rocked by a 7.5 Richter earthquake. We had just witnessed the first physical evidence of the event that Nancy-TONI discerned as happening en November 23, 1991. The rent or shattering of the earth's mantle was now a reality as JESUS' Word of 1984 surfaced on June 28, 1992 - 8 years later!

The better known Tectonic Plates' actually are about 30 miles from the surface (in some places much closer to the surface); whereas what JESUS showed me happening deep in the earth took place at what we term "The Base Plates" which are rocky plates that ride atop of the molten earth.

THE EARTH AND THE FRACTURE IN THE EARTH'S MANTLE (continued) When you look at the rent or fracture in the earth's mantle as depicted on Page 8 you will realize that it is no where near the 5,000 miles length JESUS revealed it would be in His 1984 Word (see top of Page 6), However, in 1992 the Lord JESUS was revealing that the fracture in the earth's mantle was slowly and steadily spreading both north and south.

In this time we began to note that earthquakes and volcanic activity around the world were on the rise and we connected those events to this growing fracture/rent in the earth's mantle.

Back in the early 1980's following the eruption of Mt. St. Helens volcano JESUS shewed us troubles deep in the earth and we noted that events (quakes and volcanic eruptions) tended to surface thousands of miles from the center of this trouble, which was Mammoth Lakes, California. As time passed the strong quakes got closer and close to the U.S. and lastly surfaced under Mammoth Lakes, California, the origin point.

When we saw the same kind of events surface following the June 28, 1992 California earthquakes it told us that this trouble in the earth's mantle was not merely affecting

North America but the whole world! This trouble was definitely not local, it was global.

THE PROPHETIC MISSION OF AUGUST, 1992 In July, 1992 JESUS revealed that the fracture in the mantle was spreading towards Los Angeles and that if it reached that city it would trigger a massive earthquake so powerful that it would lay waste the Los Angeles basin. This in turn would set in motion destroying earthquakes and volcanic eruptions across North America and across the whole world. We were looking at a major cataclysmic event of historic proportions and JESUS wanted to extend His people mercy. So HE commissioned Nancy-TONI and I with Herb-ABRAHAM and Shirley-JO ANNA Murphy to undertake a prophetic mission to California to prophetically stop the spread of the fracturing of the earth's mantle and seal it for a time. The Lord God was giving His people more time to decide whether they wanted life or death, mercy or judgment.

3.) THE EARTH AND THE FRACTURE IN THE EARTH'S MANTLE (continued) "AS IS THE STORM, SO IS THE EARTHQUAKE/VOLCANIC EVENT" It was in this time that I would see something strange, something I'd not seen before.

As the earth's mantle cracked white hot corma* pressed upwards from the molten core of the earth. It was so hot that it literally melted stone above it and pressed that upwards as magma**. *Note - Corma is a term we devised in the 1980s to describe a super hot material that lies

in the core of the earth, which JESUS sheaved inc in visions starting in the I980's. Its temperature is in the 1,000's of degrees Farenheit range. W7iat it is (as the HOLYSPIRIT gave inc understanding) is stone and ore that is melted into a vapor then compressed into a liquid by the force of gravity and the weight of all the earth above it_ During some volcanic eruptions some of this corma has come to the surface in lava flows, when it reaches the surface it races at hundreds of miles an hour across the face of the earth incinerating everything in its path.

* *Note - Magma is the name geologists give molten earth when it is underground, but when it comes to the surface it is called "lava ".

As this white hot corma pressed upwards I noted what looked like atomic particles streaming from that molten material, this stream of particles reached into the sky above and returned to the corma in a very high arc. I then noted that the jet streams and weather patterns were being visibly altered by these particles, storm clouds formed and the winds picked up sharply. I recognized that this white hot matter was changing the earth's weather as it rose towards the surface.

JESUS would in a time make the association essentially saying that, "AS IS THE STORM, SO IS THE EARTHQUAKEIVOLCANIC EVENT." What was being observed was that this same corma that caused powerful storm systems also triggered earthquakes or volcanic eruptions which followed the storms - the two events were connected. More, if the storm proved deadly and very destructive, the earthquake or

volcanic events to follow would like in kind, deadly and destructive.

Based on what JESUS and the HOLY SPIRIT revealed to me in visions from June 28, 1980 and on I was able to assemble that information in the map you see (above)

by September of 1982.

It began with the vision JESUS gave me when we (Randy and I) were on a prophetic mission to a place just north of Chicago (Des Plaines, Illinois) on June 28, 1982. On striking the earth with The Staff, I saw power emanate from the Staff to deep in the earth. The `Base Plates' were impacted by that power and resounded like a cymbal being struck and I saw concentric waves of energy spreading laterally deep in the earth (430 miles deep). It was while seeing this by the SPIRIT OF GOD that I noticed that we were standing over a massive fault that ran north to Canada and then from where we stood it also ran south through Chicago and down to St. Louis and then all the way to Washington State near Mt. St. Helens volcano.

I published this revelation insight in a June 28, 1980 report. Some brethren on the mailing list telephoned the U.S. Geological Survey in Denver, Colorado to ask them if such a fault existed. The geologists ridiculed the idea saying there is no fault

4.) NORTH AMERICAN FAULTS and MARYLAND (continued) system over 1,000 miles long anywhere on earth. That was June of 1980. By October of 1981 geologists working with a photographic survey ofNorth America taken from orbit around the earth discovered an ancient "Rift" (a crack) that ran from

Washington State diagonally across North America which intersected St. Louis and went all the way to the Northern tip of Florida. The geologists said this "Rift" was inactive; but what JESUS spewed me was just the opposite.

A MASSIVE CONDUIT ACROSS NORTH AMERICA: In the years following the initial 1980 revelation of the giant fault, JESUS shewed me that this giant fault system acted like a conduit for forces and energy released by volcanic eruptions or earthquakes and/or troubles happening deep in the earth. Following a strong earthquake on the West Coast in 1983 I would see `In The Spirit' what looked like blue balls of energy that emanated from the epicenter of that earthquake which then traveled down that fault system like a truck on a highway.

These "Blue Balls of Energy" carried with it some of the power of the earthquake as well as the sounds associated with that earthquake as it tore rock apart. This energy flow would travel through the giant fault system until it either dissipated (faded away) or if it was fairly strong, until it hit a rocky dead end (the fault system has many branches like a tree that go off in every direction) at which time I would see the energy conveyed into that rocky dead end with a "Boom."

In a week or so following seeing this `In The Spirit' I would get a news article from a reader out east where strange events surfaced. People would hear a loud "Boom" and the earth would shake, but there was no visible source, no storm clouds, no lightning or thunder, no known faults in the area. As we received more such reports it became apparent that we were hearing about residual earthquake activity surfacing across North America hundreds, even thousands of miles from the epicenter of the earthquakes or volcanic event.

I was able to match the event seen `In The Spirit' happening deep in the earth with the actual physical "Boom" heard to the east by virtue of the fact that the news description of what people heard and felt matched what I heard and felt `In The Spirit.'

CHICAGO and MT. ST. HELENS: In 1980 following the eruption and then exp l os ion of Mt. St. Helens volcano there were numerous incidents where the

4.) NORTH AMERICAN FAULTS and MARYLAND (continued) volcano erupted for months afterwards. I began to hear from brethren living in Chicago on the east side of the city who told me that everytime Mt. St. Helens erupted (some 2,000 miles away to the west) that their basement sewers backed up.

That told me that seismic shocks from Mt. St. Helens were being relayed through the fault system and surfaced directly under Chicago in an area that was formerly swamp land. Being former swampland the earth there was saturated with water and as a result it conveyed the physical shocks corning from the west more readily.

MARYLAND: More recently I made a connection between events in Maryland and events in Oregon (Quakes) which told me that the fracture in the earth's mantle was spreading and was active again.

In digging through my record of 1993 for the charts being presented here (see Pages 7, 8 and 11) 1 came on a report I wrote in March of 1993 - here I noted the following: 1.] December 26, 1992 a 5.2 Richter earthquake shakes the coast of Oregon.

2.] March 10-23, 1993 Maryland is shaken by 8 earthquakes (4.1 Richter the

largest).

3.] March 25, 1993 Portland, Oregon shaken by a 5.4 Ri chter earthquake.

Back then (1993) I clearly discerned that these events had been triggered by stirring in the fractured earth's mantle. I make this connection here because we discerned something similar this year (before I saw these 1993 reports).

JESUS' WORD of July 7, 1992 addressed this issue in part: "WHEN THE FRACTURE SPREADS INTO WHAT'S CALLED THE MOHO, SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN (the earth's) CRUST WILL BEGIN TO HAPPEN IN MANY PLACES WITHOUT WARNING.... FIRST SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN WEATHER, THEN A SHARP INCREASE IN EARTHQUAKE AND VOLCANIC ACTIVITY AND LASTLY GRADUAL, THEN PROGRESSIVE AND SUDDEN CHANGES IN TOPOGRAPHY."

Again, JESUS revealed that violent changes in weather would precede equally violent events in both earthquakes and volcanoes.

THE PROPHETIC MISSION OF 1993 In August 1993 the Lord moved us to prophesy and stop the spread of the fracture in the earth's mantle sparing Los Angeles, the nation and world cataclysmic destructions. However, it did not heal the fracture, it only stopped its spread. That fracture, like a festering wound, has spawned some horrific events since 1993. We clearly discerned that the 9.0 Magnitude earthquake of December 26, 2004 in Indonesia, Sri Lanka and India that triggered a massive tsunami and killed over 200,000 souls stemmed from troubles bubbling up from the rent in the mantle. That December 26, 2004 earthquake was so powerful that it literally rocked the earth itself. More, in fact, this massive earthquake Iiterally resulted in the topography of that area of Indonesia, Sri Lanka and India being changed. Some land areas either sank or were obliterated and now reside under water.

What has been presented in these previous 13 pages was to make anorderly segue into the segments coming up.

5.) CATALOG OF RECENT EARTHQUAKE AND VOLCANIC ACTIVITY

THE YEAR 2008 The following is a detail of recent events having to do with either earthquakes or volcanoes. I may make brief comments as necessary or simply give the basic detail.

I.) On March 30} 2008 a swarm of earthquakes began shaking the mid-Oregon Coast in an area where there are neither faults nor volcanoes. I heard about this when Nancy-TONI and I were visiting and speaking to a Home group in the

Portland, Oregon area. All told well more than 600 earthquakes continued to shake the central Oregon Coastal area, some as strong as 5.4 Magnitude. These earthquakes continued through to April 20 averaging about 60 quakes a day.

Geologists called these events "unusual."

2.)

On April 1 S, 2008 a 5.2 Magnitude earthquake shook Southern Illinois. This quake called "unusual" by geologists. It shook 23 States including Canada and was felt as far away as Northern Florida.

3.)

On April 21, 2008 a 4.0 Magnitude earthquake strikes Southern Illinois.

CATALOG OF RECENT EARTHQUAKE AND

VOLCANIC ACTIVITY (continued) 4.)

On April 25, 2008 Reno, Nevada was shaking from a series of strong earthquakes that have been growing in intensity, Again, geologists referred to these earthquakes as "unusual." The area of Reno has been shaking for the past two months but what was unusual was that the earthquakes that struck only grew in strength when normally you have a strong quake followed by many lesser aftershocks. In this case, Reno was shaken by a 3.0 Magnitude Quake, then a 3.5 Magnitude and on Friday, April 25" is when the 4.7 Magnitude quake hit.

Back in 1993 when the earth's mantle was acting up Reno was one area shaken by a number of strong earthquakes.

5.)

On April 30, 2008 a 5.4 Magnitude earthquake struck Northern California (near San Francisco).

I noted this report given on Fox TV News of March 24, 2008 (6AM to 8AM)

( Quote) "David Schwarz an Earthquake Geologist working on the Earthquake Hazard Project stated that the Hayward Fault (which runs through the Bay area of San Francisco) is due for a major earthquake. Every 140 years (based on the past five quakes) the Hayward Fault breaks loose. It is slipping even now (cracks in roads, in concrete walls, etc).

Last major quake struck on the 140 year mark - October 21, 1868 - it is now at the 140 year mark as of October 21, 2008.

Estimate quake would range from 6.8 to 7.0 magnitude or higher.

The study indicates that it could cause $1.5 trillion in destruction and affect the lives of 2.4 million lives as it runs through a high density population zone of the Bay area.

Mr. Schwarz, when asked how serious this was (by the TV reporter), replied, "We should be very concerned, very concerned. " The crust crack runs 60 miles through the Bay area.

Scientists have found that there have been one major quake in the Hayward fault for 1900 years, at intervals of every 140-160 years. The five most recent quakes have struck at the 140 year mark.(Unquote Fox News of March 24, 2008)

"BOOM & FLASH" From early 2008 to May 8, 2008 in the hours of midnight to 7:00 a.m. residents of Baltimore County, Maryland have been awakened by a deafening explosion followed by a bright flash of light in the middle of the night. Hundreds of people experienced this phenomena. One woman stated, "From late September until now, she's heard it 25 times, always between midnight and 7 a.m. with no consistent pattern." The police video taped the event saying, "It wasn't until we caught it on tape that we realized the magnitude of what people were actual talking about. The sound is almost deafening. You can't describe it. Seeing it on tape without hearing the sound doesn't do it justice." The "boom and flash" appears some 30 to 40 feet in the air but has no known source.

Comment by Chuck-JOHYEL: It was clear to me after reading the report about the "Boom and Flashes " in Maryland that there was new activity in the fractured earth 's mantle. f4 forceful event happening deep in the earth at the `Base Plates' would generate enough energy to cause the kind of "Boom and Flash " of bright light " being experienced in Marj 'land. The source is out under the West Coast and is being relayed through the conduit or the giant fault system. Some geologists are warning that the April 18 th 5.2 Magnitude earthquake, which occurred on a northern extension of the New Madrid fault, could be leading to even larger earthquakes. Geologists or earthquake scientists are a bit puzzled if not

concerned about recent earthquake activity on the West Coast and in the Midwest as these earthquakes are not following unusual and better known patterns. What they don't see and cannot know is that troubles some 430 miles deep in the earth are the source of this fr esh quake activity that in some respects is bizarre and so they are out of the ordinary.

TEXAS and ARKANSAS and JESUS' WORD Since January, 2008 we have seen an almost endless parade of violent storms, hurricane force winds, tornadoes, floods and blizzards with death and destruction sweeping the U.S. on an almost daily basis. If we were to catalog all the storms that have hit since January 1, 2008 we could fill up this Newsletter just listing them.

Some of these storms have been early dimensions of God's Wrath, some are pure judgment (often being executed by demon power) and we have seen how many of God's people are bypassed by the violence that strikes all around them. Nonetheless, there is also a physical component to this storm violence and the source is the rent in the earth's mantle. And again, this is global not merely North America.

These battering storms have a spiritual source (Judgment and/or God's Wrath) but they also have a physical component. Most often jet streams and/or ocean currents are the physical source of storms; but recently something happened that brought our4th attention to the fractured earth's mantle. On May and 5 th storms swept through TEXAS and then into ARKANSAS (they also slammed other states). One tornado was actually 50 miles wide and destroyed everything in its path. It was so powerful that it ripped bark off trees and pulled grass out of the ground and wind velocity was off the charts. Both Nancy-TONI and I immediately remembered JESUS' WORD of years earlier where He spoke of a storm system hitting both TEXAS and ARKANSAS. Nancy-TONI located the Word, and this is what JESUS told me on May 8, 1990: "THE STORMS YOU SEE IN ARKANSAS AND TEXAS ARE THE FIRST EVIDENCE OF A RISING STORM OF TROUBLES...THE EVIDENCE (of

JESUS spoke to Richard-DANIEL on February 15, 1992 on this subject saying this: "MAGMA STRESS IS BEING RELIEVED RIGHT NOW AND WILL STEADILY BUILD THROUGH SPRING INTO SUMMER. THE ABILITY TO RELIEVE PRESSURE FAST ENOUGH WILL BE SLOWER THAN THE BUILDUP BY SUMMER. In that the HOLY SPIRIT quickened both Nancy-TONI and I to look up these Words of 1990 and 1992 1 perceive that the physical source of all these stones is literally the fracture in the earth's mantle which is pressing comma upwards and that is melting rock above it

Can all of this happen this year, in the year 2008? Because ofJESUS' Word shared at the opening of this report such a powerful event should not happen. While a major quake could happen, the kind of destruction JESUS spoke of in 1990 and 1992 is not slated for this year. However, Lucifer would surely try and bring it in even though it is not time and this is what I perceive is afoot.

It is clear that JESUS will permit some of what the church leaders have loosed (blood running ankle deep), but He will not permit a total destruction - it is going to be something less than that.

How do I know that Lucifer is operating outside of bounds? It is simple. JESUS in 1992 told both Richard-DANIEL and me the same thing, that He would have to intervene prophetically to stop it from getting out of control. That means Lucifer is out of bounds and planning on getting really out of bounds and ahead of God's timing for judgment.

By His Word He makes it clear that we are looking at troubles that have both a "physical" component and a "demonic" component - it is both. What we are seeing (Myanmar 128,000 . dead and Red China 90,000+ dead and all the other quake activity reported here) are but "TIPS OF THE ICEBERG" and "EARLY BEGINNINGS." But do not miss this important point - JESUS has made it clear - WE ARE IN THE JUDGMENT - IT IS NOT COMING, WE ARE IN IT!

JESUS' WORD to Chuck-JOHNEL May 16, 2008 Early this morning, while I was cleaning up, JESUS spoke to me about the rent in the earth's mantle saying this and then adding more later in the day: "THERE I5 A SPREADING OF THE RENT FROM NEAR MAMMOTH TO THE NORTH BY SEVEN MILES, MOVING EAST IN APPROXIMATELY TEN MILE SEGMENTS FOR A TOTAL OF 120 MILES EASTWARDS. (JESUS to Chuck-JOHNEL May 16, 2008) Comment to y Chuck-JOHNEL: What JESUS has revealed here is that the fracture in the earth's mantle is spreading in 8 to 10 mile segments. This ripping in 8-10 mile stretches is generating an immense amount of energy and this is why there are been so many `BOOMS and FLASHES" of light in Maryland and why they have not been able to detect a 'pattern'. This rent is ripping from three different locations.

Due east from Mammoth Lakes, California is south of the Reno. Nevada area - a new branch of the fracture is ripping eastwards and is moving south of and nearby the Reno area. This may explain why there has been such a surge of earthquake activity there (people in the Reno area are really unnerved by all the quakes).

en and when?? You can ask but I do not know. In What is going to happen 192 days we come to the general time period of"around October 27, 2008" (it could surface days earlier or days later). Earthquakes, volcanic events, steam vents, storms, tidal waves, sink holes, loud noises (booms) and flashes of bright light — it could be any of these or something we are not thinking of. When JESUS says, "ABOUT 192 DAYS" He is being vague deliberately and only defines the what as, "TROUBLES." What will I discern in the Midwest this June? I don't know but I suspect I will see demon activity in the area and possibly the condition of the earth under the Midwest.

What I do know is that He wants me to be there. I will find out when I get there, that is the way He wants it. One thing is certain, serious troubles are brewing deep in the earth and when they surface in full force it will be awesome and terrible. This is

THE WRATH OF GOD: In the last report I pointed to the period of March 4, 2009 to May 12, 2009 (+1- 4-5 days) as the time when the WRATH OF GOD will begin to surface in real serious terms but even that is only the "beginning" of the out pouring of God's Wrath. It will start in earnest in that time period.

This agrees with the timing presented on page 3 of this report. Therefore I believe that judgment will be largely restrained in this year and up until the April-September period of 2009. After that anything can happen.

Again, I allow for the possibility of one deadly event in 2008, but what that would be is not known.

CLOUD FORMATION LINKED TO QUAKES I was sent this report dated 11 April 2008 which states: (Quote) "Geophysicists Guangmeng Quo and Bin Wang of Nanyang Normal University in Henan, China noticed a gap in the clouds in satellite images from December 2004 that precisely matched the location of the main fault in southern Iran. It stretched for hundreds of kilometers, was visible for several hours and remained in the same place, although the clouds around it were moving. At the same time, thermal images of the ground showed that the temperature was higher along the fault. Sixty-nine days later, on 22 February 2005, an earthquake of magnitude 6.4 hit the area killing more than 600 people. Then in December2005, a similar formation again appeared in the clouds for a few hours. Sixty-four days later, an earthquake of magnitude 6 shook the region. One idea is that ionisation may be involved. Friedmann Freund at the NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California, recently demonstrated that when rocks are squeezed, positively charged ions form in the air above...
