I remember that it was many years ago that JESUS told me that the cup of iniquity was not yet full; which told me then that mercy would continue to rejoice over judgment. When JESUS made this statement this January 24, 2042, that the "Cup of iniquity is fu11", it had the ring and resonance of finality. As I cannot add anything more of my understanding of His Word I will not try. You can find the whole Word of JESUS of January 24, 2002 on Page 12 and 13 of the enclosed ** *SPECIAL REPORT" The ASSEMBLY OF JESUS' WORD.
MERCY SHIELDS ARE DROPPING OFF In writing the "Mountain" Prayer Campaign and Prophetic Mission reports (enclosed
with this Newsletter) I struggled with finding an easy way to explain what the Lord was having us do in response to church decisions and what effect it would have. Being a "Star Trek" fan years back, it came to mind to think of "shields up" or the defense system that protected the ship (the Enterprise). Using this as an analogy, thinking of the U.S.A. as being a ship and God's mercy that has protected this nation for so long as being like "shields" - I believe I've found a way to explain it in simple terms (assuming that you have watched Star Trek at one time or another).

,DS ARE DROPPIN STANDING ASIDE JULY 12 2001: That we did and the effect of it was as horrific as we discerned it would be (blood running ankle deep on September 11, 2001), even so, it was easy to forget how it was able to happen. When the church decision of North America, as represented by every Pastors in Spokane utterly rejected JESUS' Word (zero response), this led to us being required to "stand aside" of the nation. The initial consequences of that church decision and action were seen starting September 11, 2001 - when thousands perished and as a result the U.S. Stock Market took a $6 Trillion dollar loss, the economy slipped into a deep recession, millions lost their jobs and this nation found itself at war. When we stood aside July 12, 2001 the "mercy shield" for the nation at large dropped off and the nation generally became vulnerable when before it was protected. Yet as horrific as this was it was not nearly as bad as it might have been except for the fact that the "mercy shields" for the church itself remained in place. This is why there was also visible mercy in the picture, and while much was exposed to judgment not all was. Because the "mercy shields" for the Church remained in place (we did not "stand aside" here) many were spared and through prayer many more were saved out of the hands of death. The Church, as I'm given to understand it, has several distinct divisions which have little to do with the more obvious denominational divisions, these being: 1. THE CHURCH SYSTEM OF MAN: This is the largest portion of "The Church" and consists of those who have man as Lord, not Jesus as Lord. These have salvation, they believe on the Lord Jesus Christ but they do not know Him. 2. THOSE HAVING JESUS AS LORD: This is a much smaller portion of the Church, perhaps 10% or less of the whole and these are divided into several different categories, these being: a. The Elect: Those who are called of God to prepare for JESUS' Return. b. The Sealed: Those who have received the Seal of the Living God. c. The Faithful-Obedient: Those who have sought to be obedient and faithful to the Lord to the best of their ability. d. The Innocent children o God: Those who are babes in Christ. 3. THE "A LOUD VOICE": This a very hidden part of the Body of Christ springing from both the Elect and Faithful-Obedient (who are also very likely to be Sealed). These are those who will come to manifest Christ in themselves and be transformed by the Spirit of God in His likeness and image, who will be raised up
to accomplish the completion of preparing for Jesus' Return.

MERCY SHIELDS ARE DROPPING OFF (Continued. In this world these of the church system of man, the Elect, the Sealed, the FaithfulObedient, the Innocent children of God, and the "A Loud Voice" are all mixed together. The only way I came to know about these various divisions is by revelation of the Holy Spirit and through JESUS Himself and His Word. The March-Aril 2001 PROPHETIC MISSION: This was a prophetic work that extended MERCY to the Church from April 9, 2001 through to and including January 13, 2002. On JANUARY 20 2002: JESUS instructed us to prophetically "stand aside" of the church system of man except for a tithe (10%) of the church system of man, and at the same time He had us continue to stand-in for the Elect, Sealed, Faithful-Obedient and Innocent children of God. Thus another 279 days of limited mercy was extended to a much smaller portion of the church than done in 2001. Thus one can summarize: I. July 12, 2001 - Mercy shields for the nation at large dropped off (this being a church decision). 2. January 20 2002 - Mercy shields for the church system of man dropped off, except for a tithe (10%). 3. Merc y shields extended to the 10% tithe of the church system of man, the Elect, Sealed, Faithful-Obedient and children of God until November 1, 2002.
Why ending November 1.2002? There is a hidden factor in the picture that has been a constant in all the years I have made notes of church decisions and why and how they decide the way they do. It is the "Rebellion/Disobedience" factor. "RebellionlDisobedience" is rampant in the "Church System of Man" and is also present among those having "Jesus as Lord". Even among the Elect we have found a knot of willful rebellion that won't repent amounting (at the least) to 2% of the whole. It is this "Rebellion/Disobedience" factor that has led to the "standing aside" and the bringing in of judgments of death and destruction. Thus, the next (and possibly last) mercy shield for those who have "Jesus as Lord" will end on November 1, 2002. But for all the rest there is no mercy shield anymore, they are wide open to the judgments modified only through prayer by those few that do pray for mercy.

In Passing.... "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. "(Psalm 116: 15) WiIIiam Lethbridge of Canada went home to JESUS on December 15, 2001 I met Bill Lethbridge many years ago (1982) when he was a young 53, a delightful brother in the Lord. On December 15, 2001 Bill was killed in a car accident in Ontario, Canada, he was 82 years old. The circumstances of his death were adverse. Bill was visiting a friend in Ontario (Roy) and set off to drive home when he ran into a blizzard. The white out was so terrible he ended driving off the road onto an abandoned rail track (tracks were removed) and got stuck. He stayed in his car all night in that freezing storm. The Ontario police found him next morning, Bill was disorientated from the cold night and his daughter (who was notified and lived nearby) asked the police to take his keys and she'd come and pick him up. The police gave him his keys (though he was still disorientated) and when he was freed from the snow he drove on. Somewhere along the way on Highway 7 east of Lidsay, Ontario (he was traveling east) he drifted into the oncoming lane and his Dodge Spirit side-swiped an on-coming vehicle. The van behind that vehicle could not stop and hit Bill's car head on. Bill and the driver of the van were rushed to Ross Memorial Hospital. Bill died of his injuries. I do not know if it was Bill's time or not. What is apparent to me is that the circumstances were adverse, which is a state where the enemy can operate invisibly. Bill should not have tried to drive home in a blizzard, the police should not have handed him his car keys given his disorientated state; but he did and they did. We have lost a dear brother and friend in Christ and extend our condolences to his family and friends. Bill is now with JESUS and that is the best part of this report. We will meet again in God's time.
ABOUT PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH We have heard from some brethren who have said that they are no longer praying for President Bush for various reasons - because he was formerly in the "skull and bones", because of the Illuminati connections with his family, because he has made some decisions that do not meet the approval of conservative Christians, etc. I perceived something going on much deeper than the issues stated and clearly discerned Satan working in the background accusing George W. in any way he can, working to stir up God's people against him, to stop praying so the enemy can move to do him real harm. The one pushing for a decline in prayer for George W. is Lucifer who is furious because he is a Christian and can't find a way of getting at him, so he is doing what he has always done, moving to accuse this brother falsely. The accuser of the brethren never sleeps.

ABOUT PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH Continued The HOLY SPIRIT has moved me to address this issue, to explain just "who" is behind the accusations against George W. and to alert the Body of brethren to be aware that the enemy is subtly moving in our midst to turn us from praying for this brother in the Lord, George W. Bush. Let me begin by first sharing some of the things George W. has done recently that have hardly gotten any media coverage (very little): George W. has cut-off funds to the U.N. where they use those funds for abortion, George W. is behind an initiative in Congress to identify the fetus as an unborn child (which has the pro-life/abortion group going crazy), George W. is pressing an initiative in Congress to fund and strengthen the family nationwide_ We listened February 11, 2002 on the "O'Reilly Factor" to the President of N.O.W. (National Organization of Women) ranting against George W. for this initiative.
A REALITY CHECK: When JESUS asked me to vote for George W. in 2000 (which I shared with all of you at that time) I was well aware that his family was solidly in the "liberal camp." George W. Bush is, at best, a moderate liberal in his political leanings; but what overshadows this is that he is a genuine born-again Christian. I know this without any question because of what JESUS told me late in the year 2000. I do know that George W. Bush has a very high opinion of a book* written by Myron Magnet entitled, "The Hope and the Nightmare" (Encounter Books, San Francisco). After having read it I can tell you that this Myron Magnet, once a dyed in the wool super-liberal, has had an awakening and become conservative seeing the liberal views/ways as highly destructive and leading to disaster. I read this book because it would tell me what George W. Bush really believes and it is obvious to me that he much less a liberal than many think he is. *Note - Governor George W. Bush wrote a forward for Myron's book On November 28, 2001 my brother-in-law David-DANIEL sent me a communication about George W. Bush as follows: (Quote)

ABOUT PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH (Quote Continued) shared with us this morning how it had gone. As the ministers sat down to lunch and waited _for President Bush to appear, Max said he was expected G. W. to walk in the room looking tired, serious, and depressed. When the President came in, Max said he looked totally the opposite... he was energetic, joyful, and very focused on his talk with the ministers. Max asked President Bush how he could seem so peaceful and calm in the midst of all the tragedy. The President's reply was, "I' m feeling stronger now than I've ever been in my life. And the reason is people in America are praying for me, When I stay on my knees, that is when I have power."
The ministers then asked the President how he would like them to pray for him, and how their congregations back home may be praying. First, Mr. Bush asked for clarity of mind, so he makes wise decisions, then he asked that we pray specifically for his wife and two daughters, as he is very concerned about their safety. I knew you would be as encouraged as I was, to hear about this meeting. We must thank God we have a President who loves and fears the Lord. No human leader is perfect, but
God is perfect, so let us keep President Bush lifted up in prayer before the Father." (Unquote) I have heard President Bush more than once speak about how he values and sincerely appreciates the prayers for him by the American people. I never once heard such a comment or expression of appreciation about prayer from beastman Clinton in his 8 years in the office of President.
ONE SISTER IN CHRIST'S CONCERN "Is Bush the Beastman an the Red Horse?" I recently received both a telephone call message followed by a letter from a sister in Christ (Retta) who expressed concern that President George W. Bush might be the Beastman on the Red Horse. She quoted my February 7, 2000 Newsletter where I referred to the second Beastman seen in the GAP in 1987 (the one who followed the Beastman on the Black horse who we identified in 1987 as being then-Governor Bill Clinton.) On February of 2000 1 was beginning to grapple with the issue of "who" the beastman on the Red Horse seen following Clinton might be in that the Presidential elections were coming up that year. We had and still have little revelation as to his/her identity although I perceive that it is a male. This suggested to me then (as now) that he would more likely appear on the Republican side of the political spectrum. Both men (beastman on black horse and beastman on red horse) would appear to be Christians, but neither is truly a believer or follower of Jesus Christ. (Presently) it seems that George Bush "may" be the beastman on the red horse. I say "may" because it will take a lot more watching, prayer and discernment to know one way or another. I am wholly unwilling to label any man as being a beastman until I KNOW with absolute certainty that this is the case..." (Unquote) In Retta's telephone message she stated that "President Bush is leading us to war" which is what the Beastman on the red horse would do. It was not until JESUS asked me to vote for then-Governor George W. Bush after that I prayed asking Him how He wanted me to vote for President in November of 2000 that I understood that George W. Bush was God's choice, God's man for President. This I do know, the Lord Jesus would NOT have me vote for the Beastman on the Red Horse to be President. More, and this on reflection is a "big more" -- the beastman on the red horse that came
through the GAP in 1982 proved to be a man who worked "around the president", who was known by the President and misused presidential authority to his own ends. That beastman of 1982 proved to be Oliver North, a military man (U.S. Marine) who was working behind the scenes, invisibly until 1987 when he was exposed for what he was. He WAS found
among conservative Christians and in the Republican party and claimed to be a Christian.
The 1982 PATTERN seen in the GAP and what emerged in this world in 1984-1987 is now known to be the pattern for the beastman who come through the GAP in 1987 - the beastman on the black horse would become president and the beastman on the red horse would be inside the government working around the President, likely a military man, possibly a general in rank or colonel at the least. He would appear to be a Christian, a conservative Republican but his true motives would be anything but that. There is no question that this beastrnan on the red horse is INSIDE the G. W. Bush administration and probably is someone known by President Bush personally (Ronald Reagan once referred to Oliver North as "his favorite Marine). But George W. Bush is NOT

But isn't Bush leading us into war? Retta referred to President Bush's speaking of the "Axis of Evil" as being Iran, Iraq and North Korea. However, the United States was attacked on September 11 "' and it was clear to me even before Bush made his speech in the State of the Union address that both Iran and Iraq were in complicity in supplying and backing the terrorists in their attack on the U.S.. I was frankly a bit surprised that President Bush stated the truth so openly.
No, President Bush is not leading America to war, rather he is leading America in war. He is leading America in a war to fight back against a war of aggression waged against America by terrorists and states that back them. The Beastman on the Red Horse had a Hitler-like disposition, a man who would wage wars of aggression attacking anyone he wanted to for his own reasons and not because of threats to national security. George W. Bush is NOT doing this, not even remotely.
JESUS SETTLED THE ISSUE FOR ME Even before President Bush was elected in November, 2000 the Lord led me to call for daily prayer for George W. Bush, to protect him from any attempt of the enemy to kill him or those of his household. When the terrorist attack came on September 11, 2001, at least one hijacked airliner was targeted against the White House in a bid to kill the President; but that airliner was taken out by the passengers who attacked the terrorists, so it crashed in Pennsylvania. The President happened to be out of Washington, D.C. September 11`'' (talking to school children) but his family was in the White House — again, prayer was a vital ingredient in preventing this kind of personal disaster to the President. Ask yourself, if Bush were the beastman on the red horse, why would every power in hell be working overtime to try and kill him? Beastman Clinton was a safe as could be, every demon out of hell protected him. But on September 17, 2001 JESUS made it plain when He told us this: "EVEN SO I WILL NOT ALLOW MY CHILD GEORGE W. BUSH, YOUR BROTHER, TO BE DESTROYED. IF HE WERE ASSASSINATED THEN LUCIFER WORKING BY THE ILLUMINATI WOULD CAUSE A TEN FOLD GREATER DESTRUCTION AND LOSS OF LIFE HERE THAN IS COMING."

JESUS went on to say September 17, 2001, "...IF MY PEOPLE DO NOT PRAY FOR GEORGE W....THIS ASSASSINATION CAN AND WILL HAPPEN WITH THAT FINAL OUTCOME, A MASSIVE SLAUGHTER OF MY PEOPLE IN AMERICA. THIS MAN, GEORGE W. BUSH, HAS MY ANOINTING AND STANDS BETWEEN THE DESTROYERS AND MY PEOPLE, IF HE IS REMOVED IN THIS WAY (ASSASSINATION) THE VERY PEOPLE WHO HATE GEORGE W. Bush and just who he is to us through Christ.

during abiding time Sunday, February 10, 2002 at about 8: 59PM Working on the Newsletter, focus on the 31 days x 9 period. Earlier (breakfast) we talked about President Bush, Nancy-TONI told me of some who have stopped praying for him. In abiding time JESUS spoke to me about this although I was not even thinking about it. He said this: "JOHNEL, MY CHILD GEORGE W. BUSH IS UNDER ATTACK. SATAN MOVES TO SUBTLY AND INVISIBLY INSPIRE LIES AMONG MY PEOPLE ABOUT GEORGE W. TO DEFAME HIM WHEREBY PRAYER FOR HIM DECLINES, WHEREBY MANY TURN FROM PRAYING FOR HIM TO GET OPPORTUNITY TO DESTROY HIM AND THEREBY TO DESTROY THOSE WHO DO THIS. MAKE THIS CLEAR TO MY PEOPLE, RESIST THE EVIL ONE, THE ACCUSER OF THE BRETHREN WITH AND BY FAITH IN ME AND MY WORD." That some brethren have begun to doubt if George W. Bush's is God's man is to be expected given the massive amount of disinformation and endless attacks (accusations) aimed at him by media and internet sources who hate Jesus and Christians. I have reviewed the issue here and given special focus to what JESUS said back in 2001 and recently to help all of us renew our commitment and focus in prayer to continue to cover this brother in

IT IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK...WOULD THEY HAVE BELIEVED MY WORD AND NOT FALLEN ON THE STUMBLING BLOCK OF UNBELIEF THEY WOULD BE SPARED. YET I WILL SAVE A REMNANT."
The Relevance of the 31 Day Revelation (Please see Pages 14-18 of the enclosed "Mountain" Prayer Operation Report) When JESUS told me to "COUNT THE DAYS..." back in this 1979 Word, He did not say
how many days or why we would be counting them. However, in the context of His Word He makes clear reference to the terrible consequences of not believing His Word. Because the Church, as represented by the 20 pastors (and all the pastors) in Spokane did not respond to His call and Word by late June of 2001, that became their "decision", a
decision obviously driven by unbelief; which in turn led to the Lord requiring that we prophetically "stand aside" on July 12, 2001. I fully understood that this prophetic action would lead to "blood running ankle deep" in America and that people being crushed to death in collapsing buildings would be a likely outcome to "standing aside" according to what JESUS told me years ago and according to the pattern of things from then to now. Nancy-TONI and I stood aside on July 12, 2001. That's two prophets x 31 days of mercy each = 62 days. Counting 62 days (inclusively) from July 12, 2041 brings you to September 11, 2001, a day JESUS in 1979 called a "TERRIBLE DAY", a time in which He referred to "TERROR." A brother in Christ, Richard of Idaho, telephoned me days ago and mentioned this 62 day time count from July 12, 2001 to September 11, 2001 - a time count mentioned frequently in our book, "The Staff and Sword." I'd forgotten to apply it. What this does is to connect what JESUS warned was coming on America back on August 14, 1979 to current events, telling me that we are in that time. I do not believe that we have seen a fulfillment of His August 14, 1979 Word - we have only seen an initial emergence of what He warned of. By judgment time counts which we observed back in the 1970's and into the 1980's, judgments as seen in 2001 can come back around a YEAR LATER with even greater force or they can come back around in TWO

YEARS or both one and two years later. The judgments of September 11, 2001 (the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center buildings and the Pentagon) were primarily ECONOMIC. We could conceivably see three St more judgments happen in this time frame from September 5"' to September 21 happening year by year for the next THREE YEARS fulfilling judgments in the Political. Industrial and Earth realms before this Word reaches fulfillment.
Pat Buchanan 's book "The Death ofthe West" (Thomas Dunne Books, St. Martin's Press, New York, First Edition January, 2002) Drawing on U.N. population projections, U.S. census figures and expert policy studies Pat Buchanan takes a hard cold look at the serious decline in populations in the western world and concludes that we as a people, culture and nation are literally dying. To date, the U.S. has 41 million less people due to abortion than we would have and the figures are alarming, more people are dying in America than are being born. The cause: (1.) Abortion, (2.) Birth Control, (3.) Homosexuality and (4.) the Women's Liberation Movement. These are the primary forces behind the downward decline of populations in the western world while in third world nations their populations are exploding. Pat defined the two opposing forces in the U.S. as follows (quote Page 1-2) "....America has undergone a cultural and social revolution. We are not the same country that we were in 1970 or even 1980. We are not the same people. After the 2000 election, pollster William Mclnturf told the Washington Post. "We have two massive colliding forces. One is rural, Christian, religiously conservative. [The other] is socially tolerant, pro-choice, secular, living in New England and the Pacific Coast." (Unquote) Added to this mix, there is literally uncontrolled immigration with illegal aliens streaming across our borders unchecked come into America by the millions every year. By the year 2050 the U.S. will have become a third world nation with about 2% European descendants.
The majority that makes up America today will have vanished by 2050. The chances that Moslems will overtake America, take control and install a fundamentalist Islamic regime is more than a possibility. Pat goes on to write, (Quote page 5) 'In half a lifetime, many Americans have seen their God dethroned, their heroes defiled, their culture polluted, their values assaulted, their country invaded, and themselves demonized as extremists and bigots for holding on to beliefs Americans have held for generations." Germany's eighty-two million people will have fallen to fifty-nine million...A third of Germany's population will be over sixty-five. These seniors will outnumber Germany children more than two to one." (Quote pl7-18) "RUSSIA: ...With a birthrate of 1.35 children per woman, Russia's 147 million people will fall to 114 million by 2050, a greater loss than the 30 million dead attributed to Stalin. In December, 2000 Russia's birthrate had already plummeted to 1.17 children, below Italy's. One estimate had Russia heading to 123 million by 2015...think of it in 15 years time there will be 22 million fewer Russians.... that is a loss of a seventh of the Russian population." (Unquote)
In Russia today, of every 4 conceptions, THREE are aborted! To give you a scope of what is happening, in the Ukraine, in a village than normally had 70 live births a year, they now have 2 f Pat goes down the list, addressing the sharp population decline in Great Britain, Japan, Italy, United States, Canada and other western nations. On Page 24 Pat makes this note, (Quote) "Western women are terminating their pregnancies at a rate that represents autogenocide for peoples of European ancestry and an end of their nations." (Unquote).
Pat traces these suicidal trends in the western world back to Marxism, the fount of all this death to the west. The other part of the equation is the uncontrolled immigration of illegal aliens into the U.S. which is already destroying our nation while we live and breathe. When Pat was asked (on various TV shows) if this can be turned around, he replied, "No it can't be turned around." But Pat was not being pessimistic, in fact he was being
quite blunt. There has been a massive societal change in America to where the former morals and values (based out of the Bible, Christ and Christianity) have been largely discarded for values that at best can be called a "death culture." Will abortion be overturned? Will women want to have 4 and 5 children instead of careers? As you begin to assess the myriad factors that contribute to making this "death culture" that has swept the western world, and what it would take to over turn it - you will quickly recognize what Pat already sees. (Continued) On Page 102 Pat gives another example of the sharpness of the decline in births in Russia: (Quote) "...(In) Chukotka, a massive chunk of the far east three times the size of Britain, where the population has withered by a staggering 60% from 180,000 in 1990 to just 65,000 today, a figure that is expected to slump to just 20,000 within the next five years, making the region's infrastructure unsustainable " (Unquote) Interestingly, Red China will have 250 million more people in this same time period (this is even with the I child per marriage law). Chinese men already outnumber the women available to marry by 40 million.* Red China is on Russia's border and there are vast stretches of land that are hardly occupied as Russia's population declines. This is an invitation to invasion. *Note - Chinese prefer boys so when they learn that they will have a girl, they abort them. This has resulted in a massive disproportion between male and female in Red China.
In the United States the figures are hardly any better, Pat writes (Quote Page 198-199) "One in four children born to white women (now) are out of wedlock. In 1960 it was 2 percent. Three in four unmarried white women have had affairs by age nineteen. In 1900 the figure was 6 percent. Teenage suicides are triple what they were in the early 1960's_ The test scores of high school students are now among the lowest of the industrialized nations. Abortions in the United States now run at 1.2 million-1.4 million per year, the highest rate in the West, with 40 million perfonned since Roe v. Wade. Births to married women in the United States, 4 million in 1960, fell to 2.7 million in 1996. The U.S. divorce rate in up 350 percent since 1962, and one-third of all American children now live in single-parent homes. Nearly 2 million Americans are in jails or prison, 4.5 million on probation or parole. In 1980, the prison and jail population was 500,000. In the African-American community, 69 percent of all births are out of wedlock, two-thirds of the children live in single parent homes, and 28.5 percent of the boys can expect to serve a jail or prison sentence. In major cities four in ten black males aged sixteen to thirty-five are in jail or prison, or are on probation or parole. Drugs are pandemic, children do not learn in school. Conscientious kids are intimidated and beaten up. Girls are molested and assaulted by gang members high on dope and rap."

I next remembered what GOD THE FATHER said back in 1974 in reference to abortion, "BY THIS (abo rt ion) YOU HAVE PLANTED WITHIN THY NATION, THY HOME, THY VERY SELF, THE SEED OF DESTRUCTION." Today, through the statistics Pat has
drawn from the U.N. and other studies in his book we can see that what GOD THE FATHER warned of in 1974 was literal, it was happening then, only now we can see that this seed of destruction has grown into a deadly plant like a weed that has spread throughout our culture, nation and people.
THE ROLE OF MARXISM Satan was the guiding spirit behind Marx's writings and Marxism and while Marx is long dead the spirit that moved him is still working. Pat Buchanan addressed the "new Marxists" in his new book, who basically recognized that their revolution failed in the Soviet Union because the foundation of the society was so steeped in Christianity that Marxism could not take root and change man into "the new man", a Marxist ideal. Thus as the Communist Revolution failed, these new Marxist began a work to undermine Christianity, to destroy the foundations of Christian civilization and re-mold men in the image they want them to be in. The revolt of the 1960's was the fi rst fruits of this "new Marxism" and today we see the the deeper fruits Satan intended all along-our nation, culture and people are literally dying. The modern day liberal (though many are well intended) is a tool of this "new Marxism", they blindly advance the ideology of death and ignore the obvious outcome, the death of the West. More, the extermination of America and the West is to them inconsequential.

Bush is also aware of the destructive nature of many of these liberal programs/ideologies and has worked to overturn them. I believe that in much George W. is surrounded by liberals (both in the Democratic and Republican parties) and is forced by these circumstances to compromise to get anything done. It is too easy to judge him for this, something we should not do. Keep in mind, the nation has gone this way in much because these Marxist ideals have penetrated and permeated the Church. Many professing Christians have embraced this culture of death either out of ignorance or willful rebellion against God.
THE OUTCOME HAS BEEN SEEN In the massive move `In The Spirit' in 1989 that took down the Soviet Union, we were brought by the Spirit of God to see the land in the 7' h year of occupation and were directly involved in the move to free America from the occupying armies. At this time I saw things that both horrified and sickened me, the final result of this societal revolution that Pat Buchanan has so effectively described in his book. The homosexual communities had merged with witches and warlocks and others who worshiped Satan and had become so perverted in the final outcome that it was not easy to tell the difference between demons or these people. They literally hunted Christians for both pleasure and food, they had become cannibalistic and so vile in their demeanor it was hard to think of them as being human anymore. These hunters of souls' lived in the areas outside the towns and cities of occupied America and had the approval of the occupation forces since they hunted and murdered Christians in the outlining regions.
MARX AS CHRIST: Inside the cities and towns of occupied America, where the occupying military forces were concentrated, I saw churches that had regular attendance by Americans, but what i saw was a situation that was a paradox and difficult to comprehend. Christian Churches had removed the cross from the steeples and replaced this with a bust of Karl Marx. Inside these churches the altars also had a bust of Karl Marx. In 1989 this was difficult to understand and I wondered if I was seeing it literally or symbolically. The longer I pondered it the more I realized it was literal - Marx had replaced Jesus Christ in these churches in occupied American cities and towns and was worshiped as being Christ or God. How could this be? This became even more of a mystery to me as we watched the Communist Soviet Union subside, then collapse and die out by the end of 1991. Busts of Marx, Lenin and Stalin ended up on the scrap heap in the former Soviet Union. How could there be a resurgence of Marxism given the turn of events of I989-1991? Yet this is what the Spirit of God gave me to see in clear and evident terms in 1989 `In The Spirit.'

(continued) Now I was aware of the fact that the Illuminati was behind the increasing attacks on Christians in America, but what I was not aware of until reading Pat Buchanan's boo, "Death of the West", is that we are under assault big time by resurgent Marxism that can be rightly called, "the new Marxism." More, this "new Marxism" has penetrated the church in America and is the spirit behind the present plague of unbelief in the church today.
THE CONFRONTATION IN 1977 Following completion of the 30-day journey to Washington, D.C. in 1977, I was invited to speak at Pastor Win Worley's Church of deliverance. One day when I stopped by for a visit, as I walked into the church I encountered demons who were quite violent towards me. At that time three teams of Christians were praying deliverance for three people (a woman and two men). When I walked into the church these demons possessing these three people reared up strongly, throwing some ofthe team members aside, and standing up they pointed at me and screamed wildly, "America is ours and you are not going to get it back!!!" Pastor Worley walked up to me and said, "Looks like they know you!" The
demons were cast out but I never forgot this confrontation. What we in the Net of Prayer have been doing all along and continue to do is to hold a line `In The Spirit' keeping the enemy from totally permeating the church with demonic power.
More, in God's time, this `Holy seed" that we protect from being injured or destroyed will germinate by the Spirit of God and sweep the church with revival as never seen before. God's people will move in the power of Christ in ways too awesome to begin to describe. We WILL take America back!
We WILL take America back'. Let me say this again, by the SPIRIT OF GOD through JESUS CHRIST we will be empowered to take America back. This is God's Will and the foundational work to this end has been laid down by intercessors in this ministry, as well as in others, over the past many years. More, we will lay down foundation stones for Jesus' Return. This is the work that the enemy of our souls has worked to prevent. They will fail utterly and in Christ we will triumph! Pat Buchanan is right, this cannot be turned around, not by any man or group of men and women. But our God will turn it around, He will purge the land and refine His own until they are as finest gold. Commentary by Chuck-JOHNEL Instead of sending the update for "Mountain" Prayer Operation (including new prayer sheets etc.) to the Net of Prayer alone and then writing the February Newsletter afterwards, I decided to combine both to the whole mailing list. Even if we find only 3 or 4 volunteer intercessors it will be worth it. Any added prayer support NOW is crucial. Because of the size of this mailing due to the "Mountain" Prayer Operation (enclosed) I'm unable to write the "WE GET LETTERS" section or the MOVIE REVIEW. Will do this in the next Newsletter (sometime in early April, 2002). These closing pages will be devoted to smaller topics or issues I can only make brief note of
CONTRAILS While on tour with the Prophecy Club in 1999 (35 cities) almost everywhere I spoke Christians told me about "contrails" and how some got sick because of them. When a jet flies overhead it will leave contrails or exhaust in the sky; but usually these contrails, as they are called, dissipate in a matter of minutes and disappear. However, there were unusual contrails being made by Air Force aircraft, often forming big "X's" in the sky, and these contrails did not dissipate and hours later were still visible. More, people directly under these contrails reported seeing gooey substances coming down from these contrails - if you touched it, it would make you sick. Some had it analyzed and reported that it was some kind of biological warfare thing. There are a variety of websites on "Contrails" and I have seen some of them and read reports about these "X's" in the sky. During the Prophecy Club tour itself I saw many of these "X's" myself - they were odd to say the least and they hung in the sky for quite a while. Past seeing the Illuminati involved in this in someway I can make no sense of why our government would be doing this to us; but the evidence I've seen and first-hand accounts heard from Christians across the nation convinced me it's real. However, JESUS has not spoken to me about it. I'm open to what He might say about it, but thus far there has been no word from the Lord. I wait on JESUS. This is all I can say about it. God bless.

MAD COW DISEASE One cow was talking to another cow and asked, "What do you think of mad cow disease?" The other cow replied, "What do I care, I'm a helicopter!" (Joke courtesy of Jim-REPHAEL) I've read a rather lengthy report on mad cow disease, its origins and how it's spread over the past many years. More, recently I was sent a copy of the McAIvany Report in which he addressed this mad cow disease in one of his bulletins - more facts, more information. Basically (and this is very abbreviated) a thing called a "prions' has gotten into the food supply, but it is not a virus, it is simply a protein which replicates itself. It takes 800 degrees Fahrenheit to destroy it. This has been spread by the practice of grinding up the carcasses of diseased animals and feeding it to healthy cattle, who then get the disease. The whole notion of feeding herbivores meat is beyond common sense; but then our modern day science is what it is. It is a common practice to burn the carcasses of animals that have died of mad cow disease but the fires do not reach 800 degrees Fahrenheit, so the ashes of the animals spread the prions far and wide, getting into the ground, plants and water and into the animals eating the plants, into the water infecting fish and on and on. The reports I've read indicate that when it gets into people it causes symptoms identical to Alzheimer disease, the brain simply wastes away and people die. However, the prions cause an affliction more accurately identified as "Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease" which is often missdiagnosed as being Alzheimer's disease. Frankly, I could not see how one could practically avoid being infected with prions, it appears to be a plague that is out of control already. However, I prayed about it and again, as with the "Contrails" JESUS' said nothing. Then again, in 1977 JESUS spoke of a disease that would sweep America spreading fear with death nationwide. It is possible that this "Mad Cow Disease" is that judgment which He revealed was coming back in1977. I concluded that we must place ALL of our Trust in JESUS to keep us, if He doesn't nothing we can do will make any real difference_ Again, this is why we continue to teach and encourage brethren to get to know JESUS personally and intimately and to draw near to Him and stay near Him. McAlvany offered a 24 page report on this subject entitled, "Special Report MAD COW DISEASE: The Emerging Plague of the 21" Centur y." 7, 2002 Killer Asteroid misses Earth
On January 7, 2002 an asteroid that could pulverize a country zipped close by the Earth on Monday, only weeks after astronomers first noticed the big space boulder heading in our direction. As astronomers see it this was a narrow miss, a close call. The asteroid officially known as 2001 YB5, measures between 300 and 400 meters (1,000 to 1,300 feet) in width. I perceive that there is a revelatory time count that may tie into this date (January 7, 2002) in regards to the TINY STAR, but haven't had time to locate it in JESUS' Word. More on this as and when the HOLY SPIRIT leads.
"States like these—and their terrorist allies—constitute an axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of this world." President George W. Bush, in his State of the Union address, on potential threats from Iraq, Iran and North Korea.
THE AXIS OF EVIL President Bush's calling Iraq, Iran and North Korea an "Axis of Evil" has stirred up a lot olthe liberal factions in this nation to say nothing of other nations. I was honestly surprised that he pinpointed both Iran and North Korea as part of an evil axis. Plainly, President Bush was being direct and honest about it. I've known for some time that both Iran, Iraq and North Korea were festering pockets of serious trouble, and that Iran is one of the key backers of international terrorism. I'm equally aware that what JESUS shewed me in October of 1983 is taking form and shape before our eyes. In 1983 He gave me to see the U.S. at war with Iran (Russia was also invading Iran), where North Korea was attacking South Korea, where Red China was attacking Taiwan, and Japan was trembling, the Phillippines had turned blood red, three volcanoes were exploding on the west coast of the U.S. and the accidental nuclear attack happened — all in the same year. I perceived that there was some kind ofcollusion between Red China, North Korea and Iran to launch these attacks at the same time to the ends of overwhelming the U.S. military* and gaining the upper hand over the U.S. in the process. *Note - The U.S. military under Clinton was reduced to the place they can only fight one major war at a time. Previously, the U.S. Military was capable of fighting three major wars at a time.
What JESUS gave me to know in 1983 was that these powers (Red China, Iran and North Korea) were working together not unlike the axis of World War II (Gcnnany, Ita ly, J apan).

THE AXIS OF EVIL (continued) In this war on terrorism we are now sending U.S. military advisors to the Phillippines to help them fight fundamental Moslem terrorists that are murdering Christians in a part of that nation. This development tells me that when I saw the Phillippines turn "blood red" in the 1983 vision that this will be the result of massive bloodshed. ARE THESE THINGS AVOIDABLE? From 1979 through to 1988 JESUS warned in many ways against the U.S. being drawn into a "trap" that would lead to war in the Persian Gulf and Middle East and horrific troubles for the U.S.. In 1989, following the church decision to reject JESUS' Word things were set in motion that led to the Persian Gulf war of 1990-1991. Then President George H. Bush led America to war against Iraq. At that time JESUS made it plain that President Bush (of 1990) had led America into the war trap He had warned about for years, but added, "BEFORE BUSH DID, THE CHURCH DID." JESUS made it plain that it was the decisions made by the church that led America into the war trap, one we would not get out of once we got into it. Our current President, George W. Bush, has no more choice in this than we do, our nation is in the trap and no matter what he does or does not do, we will only slip deeper into this war trap. "If" this nation were to genuinely repent of their unbelief and rejection of God's Word and pray ask for God's help, then a man of God like George W. Bush could and would get America out of the war trap. Apart from that repentance and a returning to God, this war trap will draw this nation into its depths and all FATHER GOD and JESUS revealed in 1983 will come to pass. Through on-going prayer and intercession the depth of the pit we are slipping into can be lessened, lives can be saved, loss can be diminished; but regardless and apart from repentance we will stay in the war trap. So whether President G. W. Bush says what he says or not, the enemy will still do what they plan to do as the Lord revealed it in 1983. Again, apart from nationwide repentance, the choices left to us are limited and the decisions made by the church in all these years will govern this nation's behavior and present President George W. Bush with very narrow options in how he addresses the terrorist threats and the terrorists client nations (Iraq, Iran, North Korea). Will the nation repent? I'd hope so, but based on 28 years firsthand experience I do not believe that is in the range of possibility. If they will not believe JESUS' Word and pray, will they now see their error and repent? Based on my experience and what I know, I'd say no, they won't repent,

HOW MUCH TIME DO WE HAVE LEFT BEFORE JUDGMENT STARTS?
MARCH 31.2002 I've attempted to address this question in the "Mountain" Prayer Operation reports (enclosed) but ended up going back and forth trying to resolve the issues. I believe it can be done now after pondering the issues for some days. In a very general sense, the nation and 90% of the church system of man are wide open to judgments right now. The Elect, Sealed, Faithful-Obedient, Innocent children of God and the tithe of the church system of man have had a mercy cover extended to them from January 20, 2002 through to November 1, 2002. These will enjoy a degree of mercy and God's help against judgments for a little while longer; but the majority of the people who make up this nation are under the gun right now and anything can technically happen. However, we are under JESUS' Commission to present the Sealing to a portion of the church (as represented by a church group) on March 10, 2002. Additionally, we have JESUS' Commission to pray covering key judgment areas (Mt. Vernon, Seattle, Mammoth Lakes, Spokane, St. Louis and Chicago) through until March 31, 2002. More, we know that Spokane itself represented the whole of North America under the HOLY SPIRIT anointing for the church decision of 2001. This tells me plainly that serious judgments are not likely to start surfacing until AFTER March 31, 2002. I have drawn up a chart of 31-day periods on Page 17 of the enclosed Prophetic Mission Report and these may prove to be times when judgments can surface as seen with the 31 day periods of the year 2001. Even so, the chart of 31 day periods for 2002 is again focused on the Elect, Sealed, Faithful-Obedient, children of God and the tithe of the church system of man. By JESUS' Word this chart of 31 days for 2002 will have no relevance to the nation at large and 90% of the church system of man - so we come back to March 31, 2002 as a time AFTER which serious judgments can begin to emerge in America. With the qualifications given here this is as clear as I can make it.
THIS WAR ON TERROR and GRADUALISM Commentary by: Chuck-JOHNEL In our September 16, 2001 Newsletter (entitled: "SO NOW, STAND ASIDE UNTIL BLOOD RUNS ANKLE DEEP") I made this observation on Pages 39-40: (Quote) "WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT IT? Under God's Law of an eye for an eye, our nation

terrorists and their systems that backed the September 11 1 " attack on the U.S. I perceive that America ought find the terrorist bases and terrorists responsible and strike them hard and furious prevailing at this level of engagement until the enemy is destroyed. In this we would have a lawful basis to pursue such ends and to be assured that God is with us. Not only could we win, we should win! However, there is a downside to operating in God's law — all is well (eye for an eye) until one exceeds the boundaries allowable, taking too many eyes can end up giving the enemy the edge in the next engagement. Operating under God's law in this kind of situation is like walking in a mine field - one must be very careful and very discerning." ( Unquote) I reprint this again only to underline that I discern that we as a nation are moving into a gray area under God's Law that can cut both ways. The advantage we had in Afghanistan under God's Law may not be as prominent in a war with Iraq and this is a definite gray area. In the Old Testament when God gave an enemy into the hands of His people, if the elected to spare them, those enemies became a threat later and were not as easy to deal with and sometimes that enemy would prevail to cause His people real harm. In 1991 God gave 5addam Hussein and Iraq into our hands and then President George H. Bush decided to let him go (we did not invade Iraq, we did not take Baghdad, and we did not take out Saddam Hussein). He has been nothing but a thorn in our side for the past ten years. Returning to a fighting war with Iraq would require a massive effort on our part and the outcome may not be certain. Again, I discern that we are now entering into a gray area under God's law, the minefield I warned of back in September, 2001. The question here is not "if' we go to war or not, we will be drawn into war regardless of what we prefer since we are in the trap. However, the issue is how we ought conduct ourselves in this war - send in ground troops (I hear it would require 200,000 men) or use nuclear weapons. The way we approach these threats is the key to how well we do or do not do. Even then, President G.W. Bush has limited options and the choices before him range from "not good" to "terrible" and his capacity to discern the least dangerous course of action is not assured under these circumstances.
