TOURNAMENT PROGRAM

The Nike Tennis Camp-Middlesex School is geared towards USTA Tournament Level and Middle/High School players. Our summer camp offers the ultimate combination of athletics and fun! With a great mix of match play, drill work, and strategy sessions, it is one of the best tennis camps in New England. All sessions are open to players of all abilities. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week.

The Tournament Program is open to all ranked USTA players. Coaches address specific skills necessary to compete in USTA Level 4-7 Events.

HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM The High School Program is open to players ages 12-18 currently on their high school team (or going into high school) and wanting to move up the ladder, or aspiring players looking to make the team. Coaches work with players on the quality of their high school team and specifically focus on singles or doubles play.

Registration Information A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a list of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the Spring. Our health and release forms do not require a doctor’s signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.

Nike Tennis U12 Day Camp at Quail Ridge Country Club 12 & UNDER PROGRAM

CAMP OFFERINGS The 2019 Nike Tennis U12 Camp at Quail Ridge Country Club is specifically designed for players age 6–12 years old. On the first day of camp, registered players receive a FREE age appropriate tennis racquet and can of balls.

Additionally, each player receives a one (1) time swim pass to be used at Quail Ridge Country Club—certain restrictions apply.

We offer a Half Day (9:00am–11:30am) camp option for boys and girls, ages 6–12, of all ability levels. Each session runs from Monday– Thursday.

The 12 & Under Program features the USTA’s successful teaching format. This is an exciting way for kids of ages 12 & under to learn to play tennis as well as compete. The courts are ageappropriate and balls are low compression so they are easier to hit, allowing kids to get to the ball and develop optimal swing patterns.

This program uses only RED, ORANGE, and GREEN BALLS. CAMP WEEKS | $200 Each Week 1 July 8–11

Nike Tennis Camp Overnight at Amherst College CAMP OFFERINGS Nike Camp at Amherst College offers Overnight, Extended Day (9:00am–9:00pm) and Day (9:00am–5:00pm) camps for players ages 8–18 of all skill levels. Tournament Training and High School programs are available during certain weeks plus a 2-week College Tour camp.

Multiple week campers that elect to stay over the weekend will participate in organized “off campus” trips. Campers are supervised by camp staff throughout the entire weekend.

Cost: $300/weekend.

The All Skills Program is open to players of all abilities. Upon arrival, participants are evaluated by the staff so that their instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week.

HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM The high school program is provided for players ages 13-18 at all levels up to and including advanced tournament players.

COLLEGE TOUR PROGRAM Designed for high school (ages 13-18) players to experience two separate beautiful college campuses while working on their tennis game and making new friends. Campers will check-in and spend the first week at Williams College and then be transported by bus after the first week to Amherst College, where they will spend the duration of their time. Campers may also choose to sign up for each week separately and not stay over during the weekend.

TOURNAMENT TRAINING PROGRAM The Tournament Training Program is geared towards tournament level and ranked players looking to improve their tournament results, learn winning strategies, and work on mental toughness.

ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE My son and a friend attended as day campers.

When I picked them up the first evening, they were SO excited. Said that they had already learned things that improved their game, just on the first day! The week went by very quickly, they worked hard and enjoyed every minute. There was NO grumbling about getting up early to go to camp, in fact they often beat me out to the car in the morning!
