Chantal has over 7 years of admin and customer service experience within the cleaning, construction and signage sectors as well as 5 years within estate agency. Leissa has 18 years of customer service and administration experience across the energy, plant hire and hospitality industries.

During her 3 years in an energy provider’s call centre, she was receiving up to 80-100 inbound calls a day and would take debit / credit payments, set up Direct Debits and handle complaints.

INDUSTRY: Credit Control HOURLY RATE: £10.00 LOCATION: Medway Claire has 5 years of experience working as a Credit Controller, for a nationwide construction company.

Her role consisted of undertaking credit checks on new customers, be the first point of contact for resolving querries, reconciliation of ledgers and reducing aged debt.

INDUSTRY: Data Analyst HOURLY RATE: £10.25 LOCATION: Canterbury James is awaiting the results of his Masters in Computer Science, having graduated in ‘17 with a First Class BSc Honours in Medical Biochemistry. He has strong Excel skills and can build user interfaces, implement Python machine algorithms to find patterns and is highly experienced with SQL.

INDUSTRY: Credit Control HOURLY RATE: £11.00 LOCATION: Sittinbourne Toni is a highly regarded Credit Controller/ Payroll Clerk with an impressive combined 35 years’ experience. In her most recently position, Toni was responsible for over 500 accounts managing all aspects of credit control and successfully reduced outstanding ledger by 75%.
