With two decades of hands-on experience in Central London’s high-end property market, Amit brings a calm, strategic approach to real estate sales built on deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and consistent delivery. Starting his career in 2005, Amit has successfully navigated every market cycle, including the Credit Crunch, by staying focused, adaptable, and results-driven.

Amit works closely with developers, guiding them through the full sales process from shaping launch strategy and identifying buyer profiles to managing negotiations and after-sales support. He’s particularly experienced with boutique new-builds and high-spec family homes across Mayfair, Belgravia, Marylebone and surrounding areas. His ability to create tailored sales plans, combined with strong buyer networks and marketing insight, helps ensure each development gets the attention and traction it deserves.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the UK property industry, Mark has built an extensive career spanning property search and acquisition, sales, lettings, and management. Beginning his journey in 2001 as an estate agent in London, he went on to launch his own acquisition business in 2007, Henry Sterling Property Search, specialising in sourcing and securing prime opportunities for investors and developers.

Throughout his career, Mark has worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and property developers, assisting with the acquisition, structuring, and disposal of residential property and development schemes across London’s prime and emerging markets. His deep understanding of the UK property landscape, coupled with a trusted global network of agents, developers, investors, lawyers, and financial institutions, has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes on both new-build and redevelopment projects.

Today, Mark is Associate Director of Nest Seekers’ New Development Division in the UK and leads The Sterling Team in Mayfair. In these roles, he focuses on delivering high-quality, client-focused services tailored to the needs of developers, investors, and end-users. His results-driven approach, market insight, and industry connections enable him to identify opportunities, unlock value, and support clients through every stage of the property cycle - from land and site acquisition through to sales and exit strategies.
