A credit of 50p is added to your allowance at the beginning of every month. If you do happen to run out, you can top-up at either the LRC Welcome Desk or LRC Help Desk.

ďƒ˜ STEP 2 Login to the photocopier Swipe your student card on the blue reader box.

 STEP 3 Enter your details The first time you use the photocopiers you will need to enter your username and password. This is a touchscreen, so a digital keyboard will come up when you touch in the text box.

User name: (student number)

Password Touch ‘Login’ button once you have entered your details

Touch ‘OK’ after entering username and password

 STEP 4 Select the option Copy Touch ‘Copy’ if you are using the Colour photocopier.

If you are using the B&W photocopier the screen will come up automatically.

ďƒ˜ STEP 5 Place the originals To copy just one original, open the cover and place it face down on the top left corner on the glass.

If you have more than one original, close the cover and place all of them face up on the automatic tray.

ďƒ˜ STEP 6 Settings Select the settings you need to set up, such as number of copies, one or two sided, colour copy, maximise or minimise the size.

ďƒ˜ STEP 8 Copy and log out Press the green button to start copying. Once the operation is completed, make sure to log out.
