If you do not yet own an air fryer, you most probably know someone who does. This compact, health-beneficial piece of equipment does not only look really cute, but it perfectly suits the two mostimportantneedsofastudent:Itrequiresabsoluteminimalefforttooperateanditsavestime. Withthatbeingsaid,herearesomequick,easyandextremelyyummyrecipestouseinyour(oryour friend's)airfryer:

Breakfast - French T ast

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 tablespoon of milk

1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 slices of the bread of your cho

Directions:

1. In a bowl, add the egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Whisk to combine completely and set aside.

2. Make an assembly line: put whisked egg mixture and bread next to each other.

3. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick oil spray.

4. Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture and make sure to flip and coat both sides. Lift out of the mixture and allow to drip for a few seconds, then place into the air fryer basket. Repeat for the remaining slices.

5. Close the Air Fryer. Set to 200°C for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, open the basket and carefully flip the French toast slices. Close the air fryer and cook 3-4 more minutes at 200°C.

6. Remove the French toast when finished and then cook the remaining French toast slices.

7. Serve with syrup and cheese or your favourite toppings!

Lunch – Bacon wrapped avocado fries

Ingredients:

3 avocados

24 slices of bacon

Mayonnaise for serving

Directions:

1 Slice each avocado into 8 equally-sized wedges. Wrap each wedge with a strip of bacon, cutting bacon if needed.

2. Working in batches, arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 200°C for 8 minutes until bacon is cooked through and crispy

3 Serve warm with mayonnaise or any sauce of your choice.

Dinner – Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts

4 tablespoons of pesto

Mozzarella

1 1/2 tablespoons of olive

Salt and pepper

1 pack of bacon

1/4 cup basil leaves

340g asparagus

2 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Directions:

1. Insert a knife into the thickest part of each chicken breast and move back and forth to create a pocket that is as wide as possible without cutting through.

2. Spread pesto inside the pockets and stuff them with mozzarella

3 Rub the chicken with 1⁄2 tablespoon of olive oil, then season it with salt and pepper.

4. Lay bacon slices on a cutting board and place a few small basil leaves in the centre of each. Place the chicken on top and wrap the bacon around the chicken. Place seam side down in the air fryer basket Air-fry at 190°C for 6 minutes.

5. Toss asparagus and garlic with remaining tablespoon of olive oil and salt and pepper. Move chicken to one side of the air fryer and place asparagus on the other side. Continue air-frying until chicken is cooked through and the asparagus is just tender and slightly charred.

Dessert - Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled

1 large egg

Directions:

1. Grease a round cake pan with cooking spray.

2. In a bowl, whisk to combine sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and egg until combined Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.

4. Transfer brownie batter to the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Cook in air fryer at 180°C for 16-18 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
