Application Method: Surface preparation: Before application of the Stoving paint all necessary pre-treatments should be done line cleaning the surface removing the oil or grease. Ensure that the surface should be absolutely dry, moisture and oil-free before application. Previously painted surfaces should be properly stripped of old paint. Remove all the rust and dust from the surface for better result. Use de-rusting chemicals for better result. Apply single pack stoving primer into the surface containing anticorrosive pigment as undercoat. If necessary, then fill out the necessary putty and apply second layer of primer.

Method to apply: Proper Curing of all Primer coats & putty is important before application of Epoxy Stoving Paint to induce proper adhesion. This paint has good adhesion directly on bare surface, though primer & putty application will be avoided if surface is smooth. Stir the paint thoroughly reduces the viscosity of paint by using TC/EST102 Thinner to attain required application viscosity. After the applying of paint, keep the painted article within the Racktack zone and provides 15-20 min. of flash-off time. Baking of finish coat at 140 -150o C for 30 min is usually recommended.
