Neo Homes Process
INITIAL CONSULTATION Understanding your vision.
You will start your consultation with our Co-Founder and the Master Builder. We begin the process by asking you to share your vision for the ideal luxury home. This is when you share with us ideas you may have, perhaps from an inspiration board or examples from social
media. We will in turn share our models and even do walk-throughs of some of our current projects with you.
DEPOSIT
& PRELIMINARY PLANS Your floor plan comes to life.
Matching your Wishlist with your Budget, we will send you a feature sheet with the specifications about your home. This budget will be the cost to build your home with every detail from landscaping to flooring, appliance allowances to foundation. Once we have agreed on the budget, amenities, specifications, and allowances, you will provide the Deposit, we will prepare a Building Agreement and move forward to prepare a full set of engineered construction drawings that will be ready to permit.
BREAKING GROUND Your dream home becomes reality!
You will sit down with the Master Builder and his team: Senior Field Manager, your personal in-house Interior Designer, and the Land Development/Purchasing Manager. They are all responsible for various stages of building your home. Our construction process starts, and we are breaking ground.
SELECTING
FINISHES AND FIXTURES Making a stressful process enjoyable.
Based on your input and your collaboration with our in-house interior designer, we will prepare a component schedule on the finishes and fixtures you specifically selected for your home. Our interior designer will accompany you as you select your cabinets, countertops, tile, from top to bottom and inside out, from our in house showroom as well as our vendors’ showrooms when applicable. With our guidance and samples, this may be the best experience you have ever had!
POST-CONSTRUCTION WARRANTY We provide warranty on every home we build.
Neo Homes provides an insurance-backed structural warranty from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW), the industry’s leading structural warranty provider, on every home we build. This means ten full years of structural-defect coverage for load-bearing components and two full years of distribution systems coverage against defects in wiring for your electrical system, piping for your plumbing, and ductwork for your mechanical system.
