Hours of Operation
Nemacolin offers a wide range of amenities, including dining venues, golf courses, spa experiences, pools, and outdoor adventures. Hours of operation vary by location and may change seasonally or due to private functions. Arrival & Departure
Arrival at Nemacolin marks the beginning of an immersive luxury experience, where every detail is thoughtfully handled.
ARRIVAL (Check-In): 4pm
While early check-in requests are welcome, they are subject to availability. If your room is not ready upon arrival, you may check your luggage at the front desk and enjoy the resort!
DEPARTURE (Check-Out): 11am
Late checkouts may be requested and are subject to availability. Guests may complete departure at the front desk or via the in-room phone. Based on pre-determined master account charges, incidental charges will be itemized on the final folio. Concierge and bell services are available to assist with luggage, transportation, and last-minute needs on the morning of departure.

NEMACOLIN AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Nemacolin transportation via SUV or Shuttle is available and offers a refined introduction to the Nemacolin experience. Since Nemacolin is a remote location, in many cases, normal ground transportation is not reliable (Uber, Lyft, or Taxi). If organizing multiple arrangements, please contact your CSM. For independent guest reservations, call 724.329.6163 or use the Transportation Request Form.

Attendee Resources
To make dining, activity or experience reservations, attendees names must be paired with a room reservation. Once that is complete, guests may call 844.873.1708 to book their personalized reservations.

Seasonal notice: Paradise Pool, Adult Pool, and the Infinity Pool at Falling Rock are closed for the season during colder months as part of annual maintenance. Pools at The Peak and indoor facilities at Woodlands Spa remain available year-round. *Ages 16 and over
Woodlands Spa
Woodlands Spa offers a tranquil retreat focused on relaxation and well-being. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointments.
Spa wet facilities include:

Spa wet facilities are complimentary Sunday-Friday. Cancellation policy: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full price.

Guests are invited to enjoy championship golf courses set against the natural beauty of the Laurel Highlands.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations
Select accommodations at The Chateau, The Grand Lodge (second floor), and Washington Townhomes are available for guests traveling with dogs. Guidelines include:

Important Group Information
BACKUP SPACE: In the case of inclement weather, Nemacolin requires a weather call to be made no later than 4 hours prior to the start of the event; however, depending on the exact setup parameters of the specific event, this may be required the day prior. Weather calls from the Group are considered Final. With a 40% chance of rain or higher, the Group will automatically be moved to the backup location. If at any time, Nemacolin deems the weather or location to be a safety issue to the Group, Resort Staff, or Resort Equipment, it reserves the right to relocate the event to its backup location. Backup Locations may be changed, depending on the circumstances.
ACTIVITIES: Individual and Group Reservations for Activities including (but not limited to) Golf, Spa, Shooting Academy, Equestrian Center, Peak Activities, and Teambuilding Events, are subject to a seventy-two (72) hour cancellation. No Shows or Cancellations inside seventy-two (72) hours will be charged to the Master Account at prevailing rates. Please note, scheduled start times for activities represent space blocked. Arriving late for a scheduled activity may result in revised times subject to the discretion of Nemacolin.
OUTLET RESERVATIONS: Our restaurants are often busy with other guests and groups; it is critical that your entire group arrives on time to ensure a timely service. If your entire group is not present within 15 minutes of the designated start time, the restaurant can no longer guarantee the reservation. The guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed seventy-two (72) hours in advance; if less guests arrive, the guaranteed number will still be charged.
TRANSPORTATION: Dedicated Shuttles are billed on 30 minute increments (per shuttle), and are for the amount of time agreed upon. If dedicated shuttles are requested outside of scheduled time, they are subject to additional costs based upon usage. If group is requesting shuttle signage, please utilize only those shuttles with the group’s signage. Airport transfers (including changes, additional requests, and cancellations) are subject to a 72 hour confirmation and cancellation policy.
