CLEAR YOUR DOUBT ABOUT DOES POLYESTER SHRINK or NOT?
Polyester does not shrink under normal circumstances. Because polyester is made of man-made polymer, which makes the fibers synthetic, the fabric is resistant to shrinkage. If you wash polyester fabric in hot water and then dry it on high heat, it may shrink some, but not a whole lot. Polyester does not shrink when soaked in water, unlike cotton and other natural fibers, Polyester fabric never absorbs water. But, the absorption of oil is at the maximum. If you are tired of wearing fabric that shrivels then, you must try using polyester. Considered to be one of the easiest fabrics to maintain, Polyester clothes do not even need ironing. Most of the clothes made of cotton, including the sheets, lose its structure once it gets washed.
