A true community is not just about being geographically close to someone or part of the same social web network. It's about feeling connected and responsible for what happens. Humanity is our ultimate community, and everyone plays a crucial role.
As summer is winding down and kids are back in school rekindling friendships with their classmates, now is the perfect time to get outside and connect with the community! Start a conversation with a neighbor that you haven’t spoken to before or attend a community event and find families with similar interests as yours. We have so many great families here in our community, let’s get to know them! The weather is perfect for a bike ride or just a walk around one of our many lakes, we look forward to seeing you all

COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
So far we have 721 residents signed up for Townsq which is great but not yet complete. Each day I an seeing more and more residents registering on the app. The information is flowing, people are chatting on "forum" as well as posting news and happenings from around our community, events are listed, ballroom reservations are being made and ARC is getting approvals(and a few denials) done quickly. I would say Townsq is a big success. Good Job Tapestry, we are coming together as a community!

The Architectural Review Board has had the pleasure these past few weeks to meet and work with several more homeowners as they put their best foot forward to improve and enhance their properties Genaro, Eddie, and I are excited to report the transition from paper application to the more efficient method of submitting modification applications through the Town Square App working very well.
On July 8,2023 the ARC processed 12 applications for modifications. We as a team will continue to work closely with our neighbors as we all take pride in our homes and community.

NEVER DOUBT THAT A SMALL GROUP OF THOUGHTFUL, COMMITTED NEIGHBORS CAN CHANGE A COMMUNITY; INDEED, IT'S THE ONLY THING THAT EVER HAS.
