A Castlederg Publican is spearheading a campaign to modernise the liquor licensing laws across the North. Olga Walls, owner of the Derg Arms and Chair of Hospitality Ulster, will be pushing the Northern Ireland Assembly on the issue as soon as it returns from the election period.

By Michael Ferry Speaking to the ‘Herald’ following the campaign launch, Olga told us that she and fellow members of Hospitality Ulster are getting increasingly angry at the slow pace of change by the powers that be in Stormont.

“We have been waiting for years, after consultation after consultation, for changes to be made to our draconian licensing laws. As of yet nothing has really happened. Every time we think we are close to getting some answers the MLAs we are dealing with move to another position and we end up back

at the start of the process again,” she explained.

With Easter approaching, many become mindful of the licensing laws that force licensed premises to close early over that particular weekend. As the laws stand at present, alcohol can be served up to 11pm on Good Friday, midnight on Easter Saturday and 10pm on Easter Sunday, with a 30 minute drinking up time allowed in each case.

“We have a lot of different issues we are focusing on,” Olga explained, “but yes, our industry has been calling for many years for the laws to be changed regarding Christmas and Easter.

How to prevent eye strain

This time of year many students are studying for their exams. Eyestrain can affect their ability to study effectively.

Eyestrain is not harmful to the eyes and often goes away once your eyes are rested. However, sometimes eye strain can be a sign of an undiagnosed eye condition. These are the most common symptoms of eyestrain: • Blurred or double vision • Watery eyes • Dry eyes • Soreness, tiredness, burning or itching • Headache • Increased sensitivity to light • Difficulty focusing You should make an appointment with your optician if you have double vision, experience discomfort or have a noticeable change in your vision.

How can you prevent putting excess strain on your eyes as you study? Here are a few tips to help: When reading, have a light source behind you

so that light is being directed onto the page.

If you are reading at a desk, use a lamp with a shade. The shade will prevent the light from shining into your eyes.

Take regular breaks. Follow the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look away from your book and look at an object 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. Walk around for a while and give your eyes a rest. Blink often to moisten your eyes. Dry eye can result when staring at an object for too long.

Olga also pointed to licensed premises, like her own, being situated close to the border, where they observe a lot of potential business going south, particularly over the Easter weekend.

“On Easter Sunday we have to close at 10pm. A lot of people then get on buses and go across the border and we simply can’t afford to lose our trade like that. Hospitality is the third largest industry in Northern Ireland. Our businesses must move with the current trends but because of restrictions on us by these laws we’re not meeting the needs and demands of our customers,” she explained.

With the licensing laws as they currently stand, Olga also believes it can encourage unregulated drinking and a binge culture, all leading to detrimental health issues.

“It’s an issue that has been a thorn in the side of our industry for many years. We always think we’re in a good position and then we get knocked back.

Hospitality Ulster always strives to get inroads with the different parties and we always try to get our message out there. With this new campaign I believe we’ve not only got the attention of some of our MLAs but all of them, right up to the top.

More people today are responsible, young adults are more responsible, the bars are more responsible, so I think the Government should take on the fact that as an industry we are responsible and we need the legislation to be changed,” she concluded.

After two years of asking what life is like for our local sons and daughters who have traveled further afield, the Strabane Herald now looks a bit closer to home to see what life is like for our young people living in and around Strabane.

This month we speak to 23-year-old, Roisin Brolly.

Where in Strabane did you grow up?

I grew up in the Ballycolman Estate.

My fondest childhood memory would be spending six weeks in America. I was 11 and chosen by my school to go, it was an amazing experience that would be hard to forget.

A Favourite holiday destination?

I’ve been to many places and one of my favourites is Prague, but Bundoran will always be my favourite because my family have went every summer since I was born.

A favourite film and why?

I think I would name my favourite as Forrest Gump. Tom Hanks is my favourite

I like most genres of music but 80s pop rock is definitely my favourite.

Who or what makes you laugh?

I laugh at almost anything but without fail I laugh hysterically at ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’, best show ever.

Someone who makes you proud to be from Strabane and why?

I’m sure it’s been said many times, but credit where credit’s due, the local musicians and artists are definitely people to be proud of and they inspire the younger people of Strabane.

An ideal night out?

I’m not really into clubs but a night with music and a friendly atmosphere to socialise suits me perfect (Diceys, of course).

An ideal night in?

Wrapped up with a hot water bottle, Chinese takeaway and a film or series marathon!

Something you love about Strabane?

The people! We’ve a tight knit community and when help is needed or a family is in need, everyone comes together to help.

Strabane Festival is delighted to welcome the multi-award winning group from Co. Kildare, Prosperous, who will present the hilarious comedy, ‘One Man, Two Guvnors’ by Richard Bean. The production has only finished its national professional tour and was very recently one of the big hits in London’s West End. The festival’s final night introduces another new group to Strabane, Coolgreany, presenting Frank McGuiness’s ‘Greta Garbo Comes to Donegal’. How could an audience not be intrigued by the idea of the most legendary and reclusive of all Hollywood stars pitching up in the wilds of Donegal, as Garbo once did? Frank’s Back!

Frank Underwood is back on March 4 as political drama House Of Cards returns to Netflix for a Fourth series. Already, the streaming service has gone into promotion overload for this series with a succession of trailers, including the most recent one where President Underwood (the brilliant Kevin Spacey) makes the case that he’s what America deserves.

The series will follow Underwood’s Presidential campaign and it may be easy to draw parallels with reality and imagine he’ll be going head to head with Hillary or Mr Trump. “FU2016” may be a fictional campaign for a TV series but it will cer-

tainly hold as much, if not more, intrigue for many in comparison to the real campaigns that are set to take over our screens.

The campaign promises from Mr. Underwood are fairly strong this time around, and without giving too much away he’ll obviously be busy getting his house in order following the bizarre events at the conclusion of series three. New faces will also appear; we know we’ll be getting Neve Campbell as a regular and the show may introduce a new power couple to rival Frank and Claire. Colm Feore and Joel Kinnaman have also been announced as having recurring roles.

Expect the usual dirty tricks,

underhanded tactics, mudslinging and devious background deeds during the presidential campaign.

New Befriending Service in Lifford & Castlefinn area

New series will finally see Saul ‘Break Bad’?

Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul has returned with a second series, with the first episode streaming on Netflix from February 16.

Series one had the second-highest-rated first season in cable history, and was met with mainly positive reviews. It went on to receive seven Emmy nominations and win two Critics’ Choice TV Awards (Bob Odenkirk for Best Actor, Jonathan Banks for Best Supporting Actor).

So far, the tone of the series has been different to that of Breaking Bad,

as we observe how Jimmy McGill progresses and develops into the sleazy “ambulance chasing” lawyer Saul Goodman. Series creator, Vince Gilligan has confirmed the likelihood of other prominent characters from Breaking Bad making guest appearances, but has remained vague on which characters are to be seen.

Filming on the second season took place in Albuquerque over the summer, with one scene involving a B-29 bomber plane. With that in mind, the tone this time may indeed

veer a bit closer to Breaking Bad. In the first series we’ve already seen Jimmy go from optimistic lawyer who, while not always playing by the rules, worked hard to get his foot in the door, to a more cynical self-centred soul who would no longer be stopped by whatever moralizing kept him from completely compromising his ethical code. It seems very likely that he will take on the Saul Goodman persona soon after Season two begins. Here’s hoping!

The Good Morning Service Co Donegal’s telephone and befriending Service offers free and confidential support to people who are older, living alone or who are housebound due to illness or mobility issues.

Leukaemia and Lymphoma NI Calling on Strabane to Join Maiden City Walk Leukaemia and Lymphoma NI are calling on the people of Strabane to join in their annual sponsored walk in Derry/Londonderry.

The walk will take in the beautiful views along the water’s edge and the two bridges of the City on March 21.This walk offers a real opportunity for everybody to participate in, regardless of fitness level, and organisers of looking to spread the word beyond the Maiden City.

Speaking to the ‘Herald’, Caroline Crothers from Leukaemia and Lymphoma NI said, “We are looking for Strabane people to encourage friends, family, work colleagues and pets to join you in this fantastic walk. By getting involved you are not only guaranteed a fun-filled morning, but also an amazing sense of achievement at having raised vital funds which will be used to fund blood cancer research in Northern Ireland.”

99 Red Balloons Campaign The organisation’s 99 Red Balloons campaign was launched on February 20 on the Peace Bridge in Derry.

“We are releasing a photo a month at a famous NI landmark with someone holding 99 red balloons to represent the 99 people diagnosed with a blood cancer in Northern Ireland each month. We would like each person in the photo to have some connection to a blood cancer,” explained Caroline.

As for the walk, it will begin at 11am (registration will be open from 10am) on Saturday, March 21. It will start at Sainsbury’s car park on Strand Road, walk down to the Craigavon Bridge, along the Limavady Road to St Columb’s Road and down to the Peace Bridge and Page 2

Dancing In the Daylight The Boss will be back in Ireland this summer. It feels like he has never really left!

If Bruce and Patti are not on some Irish stage with their fellow E-Streeters, they tend to be found at the RDS watching daughter Jessica participate in the show-jumping. This time Springsteen and the band are playing Croke Park for the very first time, and while the announcement of a Bruce and the E-Street Band Irish show normally has Total Music as giddy as a dancefloor skidding child at a wedding, this time around the reaction is more akin to a Larry David-like ‘ehh’!

The problem here is the venue. Croke Park, fabulous football stadium that it is, simply doesn’t lend itself to live concerts, with numerous pockets around the place resigned to poor live sound.

Yes, there will be areas where this won’t be an issue but given the price of a ticket it’s a bit of a risk. Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band are a large live ensemble taking in at least four guitars at any given time, along with brass sections, backing singers, the works. Making all of this suitably audible in such a venue is a concern. The RDS has been, with the exception of

1985 and 2013, the E-Street Band’s Irish venue of choice over the years and it worked brilliantly.

Capacity wise the RDS cannot compete with the 80,000 a night that Croke Park can accommodate, and it would seem that the numbers are taking precedence over the quality of concert.

Summer?

The fact that the shows will take place at the end of May is another a bone of contention for grumpy old Total Music. The beauty of a Springsteen gig in the summer is that opening frenzy in

Mandela Hall: A venue with history & a future The Cult make their way to Belfast on March 6, performing at Mandela Hall. The gig will be part of a tour to promote their tenth studio album, ‘Hidden City’. Produced by Bob Rock and written

by Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy, the team has collaborated on what some reviewers have claimed is one of their finest records yet. The Cult have revelled in a storied career. From the iconic ‘Love’ album bursting with anthems such as ‘Rain’ and ‘She Sells Sanctuary’ to the dystopia of 2001’s ‘Beyond Good and Evil’ to their current album, the band are seasoned survivors with a focus firmly in the present as much as their strong back catalogue.

The appearance of an iconic rock band like The Cult at Mandela Hall is a timely reminder of just how essential and important that venue has been.

However, Mandela Hall could be demolished campaigners fear, after Queen’s University Belfast

(QUB) announced plans to build a new students’ centre. Over 3000 music fans have signed a petition opposing such a redevelopment, with many citing some of their most memorable live experiences having taken place in the venue.

Radiohead, on the cusp of global status, famously performed a secret gig at Mandela Hall in 1997, just prior to the release of their groundbreaking album, ‘OK Computer’. A discreet plain piece of paper was placed in a corner of the Student Union notice board simply saying something along the

Last year, Lauren was the winner of Chordblossom’s Kickstart competition, thanks to her delightful ukulele flavoured track ‘Goodbye, Good Luck’. She then went on to re-record the track and make a video to go along with it. The

2016 shortlist for this year’s competition has been announced and Lauren has been invited to come on board as a judge to help pick the final four.

“The lads at Chordblossom have been so great to me since winning last year and the prizes really helped me and my music progress. Good luck to everyone who enters this year, although I’ll be sad to lose my (imaginary) crown! I’m jealous they don’t have to go through the public vote system that almost killed me last year...but I can’t wait to hear all this new local music,” enthused Lauren.

She has certainly got little space in her 2016 diary as it stands, which is great to see. Also, another new album from a Strabane artist on the horizon is making this year one to get very, very excited about.

However, if you’re fortunate enough to find a spot in Croke Park where most of the above is not an issue you’ll no doubt have a wonderful live experience. If you’re not too familiar with ‘The River’ album it would be best to rectify that, as Bruce and the band will be playing the whole thing, and it’s a double album! Of course, Total Music will still be there in the hope of being proven wrong about the sound quality concerns. Bruce is worth the risk. If so, a full apology at the very bottom left of this column, so small you’ll barely notice it, will follow in our June edition...! lines of ‘June 19, Radiohead’. Understandably few believed that it was legitimate at the time but on the evening of June 19, Thom Yorke and the band took to the stage.

The venue was also the home of Shine nightclub, which attracted some of dance music’s best acts. Future Radio One presenter Annie Mac attended while she was a student. At one time it was home to one of Belfast’s biggest techno nights.

A Change.org petition said: “Please support us to prevent the possible closure of a venue that has hosted massive student club nights, comedy shows, DJ sets, live concerts and everything in between by some of the biggest names in the business.”

Too many great live venues steeped in history have bitten the dust for the sake of “progress”.

Mandela Hall holds great memories for many and it continues to provide the platform for emerging artists, rock icons like The Cult, Hip-Hop pioneers like Public Enemy and contemporary innovators like John Grant. The walls, floors and boards of the venue can tell many a tale, and there is more that needs to be told. This must not be the end!

Strabane rapper Gerard i2 is back with a new track called ‘This Is’, and it’s a fine fouled mouthed rumble in the jungle.

Over the years he has developed a gift for the party anthem, and that shows no sign of slipping with this dirty bass driven cheeky onslaught. Thankfully, there is a radio friendly version that has been enjoying a healthy rotation on BBC Radio One, Across the Line and on my afternoon show on Drive 105. You can check out the unedited version in all its post-watershed glory on Gerard i2’s soundcloud page right now. A new album is in the works, which will be the perfect companion for the fine stretch in the evenings that lies ahead.

Live in concert, the pair delivers new hits and old favourites from The Beautiful South’s and The Housemartins’ back catalogue. Old favourites such as The Housemartins’ ‘Me And The Farmer’ and ‘Happy Hour’ will sit comfortably side by side with Beautiful South golden nuggets like ‘Rotterdam’, ‘Perfect 10’ and ‘Don’t Marry Her’. The duo last appeared in Derry in October, 2014 on what was a packed to the rafters Nerve Centre. The in-your-face, sweat dripping off the walls energy of that show may not be replicated in the more formal setting of the Forum, but such a rich and varied catalogue of music lends itself to all kinds of venues, and this gig will be no different. Get your tickets as soon as possible. Otherwise, you’ll be hearing about it the next day and regretting not going. You can’t say you haven’t been told!

This is called procrastination and if it applies to you, rest assured, you are not on your own. Procrastination though, in my experience, can be very stressful and make us feel bad about ourselves. So what can we do about it?

Over the years I have wrestled with procrastination and what to do about it. I have had lots of good advice from books, courses, tutors, teachers and coaches to help me overcome the problem, however I still found myself putting off tasks I should be doing right now, as it were.

One thing I found very easy to procrastinate about is paperwork and filing. I would do anything rather than start it.

Then I would find myself wasting lots of time trying to find something in piles of paper all over the house and promise myself, yet again, that I will tidy all these up and never let it happen again.

Alas it did and the saga continued.

You see I seemed to be waiting until I was in the ‘proper’ frame of mind to do something. Unfortunately this right frame of mind didn’t come along too often in my case so I had to readjust as I was still putting off important tasks until the last minute.

Overwhelmed Sometimes I would feel overwhelmed at a particular task as I felt I may not have the skills or resources to complete it. This was another ‘excuse’ for me to put it off to another time.

I could even make myself believe at these times that all the resources and skills I needed to do the seemingly overwhelming task would somehow magically be available to me at that later date.

I listened and she told me that even though she seldom felt like doing many of the important tasks at hand, she did them anyway, and stopped only when she had them done.

Her motivation for starting the task was the feeling she would have after she had it completed. She never had to particularly enjoy any of the jobs she was doing at a given time.

In fact, the more she disliked whatever she was engaged in and had to finish, the more pleasure she got from it when it was finally completed.

This made so much sense to me so I used this method to complete priority ‘to do’ lists in the morning and did the things as the appeared on the list whether I felt like it or not.

It was like mind over matter.

I expected it to be a real struggle at the start however I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and delighted with how much I got done.

I feel my days are never wasted now and that is such a treat for me. Have a go and it could change your life too.

I then thought that I could be more organised and complete ‘to do’ lists and check at the end of the day that I had completed all on the list. Then I would simply put off making the list.

I was at my wits end and simply did not know what to do.

Procrastination was killing my confidence, my reputation, my ability to prepare for anything and my self-esteem.

I was finding I could not be relied on to complete something important or else I was sitting up all night the night before the event finishing a rather poorly prepared piece of work in order to have at least something to deliver the next day.

Sion Swifts “Football for All” in the Community Established 28 years ago Sion Swifts FC is today one of the largest community clubs in the Province and is the only club in N.Ireland to offer “Football for All” to members of the public.

Swifts founder Danny Gallagher commented” The Irish FA recognized that Sion Swifts is a very progressive club with strong community links and with the club already providing football for men and boys, ladies and girls we fitted well with their “Football for All” strategy and the ethos of having clubs which are the hub of their communities.”

The club now provides football for little tots from age 3, boys and girls, men and ladies, football for disabled performers and football for males and females over the age of 35.

Disability Football “We had for some time intended to start a Disability Football section within the Club so with their guidance we partnered with the Irish FA to introduce football for kids aged 7 to 17 years old with a learning and/or physical disability to the Club.

We hold a football session at the Bog Hall in Sion Mills on Mondays and have kids attending from Omagh, Castlederg, Donemana, Strabane and Sion Mills. We felt that kids with a disability have very little avenues in sport locally and it would be great for them to be part of a club, get a little fitter, gain confidence, have some fun and make new friends.

Our hope is that the number of kids coming to the sessions increases and in time we would like to have teams that would play friendlies and in tournaments across the Province. We have been invited to the George Best Football Festival in June and there may be a section at this year’s Foyle Cup for players with a disability and we would enter teams in this.”

There is also an opportunity for players aged 35 and over to trial for the N. Ireland Veteran’s International teams. We would like to start a women’s section as well and will wait to see if there is any interest in this.

Young Swiftys “In terms of what else is happening within the club - Swifts Little Dribblers Club for kids aged 3,4 and 5 continues to expand. We have 35 fantastic young Swiftys registered who attend our sessions which we hold at the Bog Hall in Sion Mills on a Wednesday and a Saturday. The sessions are an introduction to football for little kids with fun games in a friendly environment.”

Over 35’s “We also wanted to start a section of the Club for people over the age of 35 to play a bit of football and again in a discussion with representatives from the IFA they chose Sion Swifts to be the representative Club from the North-West region in a UEFA initiative called “Back in the Game” which is aimed at males and females over the age of 35 to get them playing football, give them an interest and have a bit of craic..

We commenced football for males aged 35 and over, regardless of football ability, on Friday nights at the Glebe 3G starting at 8pm. We had to choose a name for our team so we will be known as SionSonics.

Over the coming weeks we will select squads to play in friendlies against other regional over 35 teams and we will represent the North-West in an Irish FA “Master’s Festival” which will be held at the Valley Leisure Centre on 28th May.

NIFL are the body that run the Danske Bank Men’s Premiership and now want to have the best women’s teams in the Province under their umbrella.

This will mean that our ladies team will be the most senior team locally male or female. With such a vibrant girl’s section and some terrific young emerging talent we intend to have a Development squad that will play in the NIWFA Women’s league this year.

This will be a great addition to our girl’s and ladies section.” Our female players continue to gain International recognition with Teresa Burns recently playing for the N. Ireland U19’s against Wales, Lauren Brennan has been selected to travel to the Istris International Tournament in Croatia with the N.Ireland Women’s squad at the end of February and Zoe Mc Glynn is training with the Rep of Ireland U19 squad.”

Girls Academy “Swifts Girl’s Football Academy is thriving and we now have over seventy girls aged from 6 to 16 years old attending coaching sessions twice a week. The girls will also play in the IFA Games

“The Club has two men’s teams which play in the North-West Saturday Morning League and the North-West Football League respectively. We have big numbers registered and attending training twice a week and have a lot of young players coming through.”

Our boys section continues to grow and we have teams from U7 (2009) to U16 (2000). This year we will have more teams than ever with 13 teams playing across the Derry & District Leagues and the Brendan Keogh Youth Leagues.

We currently have 3 teams competing in the NIBFA Boy’s National League and we will hopefully extend this to 5 teams, which will be the first

31 Coaches “Across all sections of the Club we have a terrific group of thirty-one highly committed coaches who give up their time each week voluntarily. We currently have eight coaches attending an IFA Level 1 coaching course. Seven of these are under the age of 21 and will now go forward to attain a Goldmark Volunteer’s Award.”

“We are very excited at the Club as we have just agreed a three year deal with O’Neills Sportswear which will see all our 22 teams and members wear a terrific range of playing kit and teamwear. We will be back in our traditional colours of navy and yellow.

“We have so much happening within the club at the minute with over twenty coaching sessions across all sections over six days a week. Added to this all leagues will be in full swing in March so there will be matches seven days a week. Our numbers at coaching on a Friday evening and Saturday morning continue to increase each week and across all sections of the club we see around 350 participants each week.”

“We could not do what we do in the community without our kids and players, our brilliant coaches/ managers and committee members, our supportive wives/husbands and partners and with the support of parents, sponsors, media, etc. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your continued support of Sion Swifts.”

The drive offered an excellent mix of road types but the weather offered nothing but heavy rain and high winds – so much so that on one prolonged occasion motorway speeds were down to less than 30 mph.

It is in circumstances like these that a vehicle sinks or swims and for the Kadjar there was no shortage of water in which to make the decision. Test choice was the 1.5 litre diesel version of Renault’s new SUV, the latest model in their most innovative and exciting model range yet. This features the new Clio, the rear engined Twingo built in conjunction with Mercedes-Benz and the innovative and beautifully driving Captur, all with youth appeal in their exterior design and interior finishes. The Kadjar on the other hand has a more mature appeal, as an imposing compact SUV with curvaceous bodywork adding an elegance that few larger vehicle can achieve.

This latest Euro 6 engine from Renault is available in two outputs with the test vehicle powered by the lower output 110 bhp unit. This takes the Kadjar from rest to 62 mph in 11.9 seconds with

the potential to move comfortably into three figures with a given top speed of 113 mph. As diesel engines go, it is one of the best available seeing service in the Clio and Captur ranges as well.

Renault describe the Kadjar as a ‘Crossover’, a phrase coined to cover the changing nature of the family car from the once popular 5-door hatchback to the greater versatility of a larger vehicle. It is a sector that has grown in popularity over the past seven years and while the vehicle with which the Kadjar shares a substantial proportion of its engineering- the Nissan Qashqai – is the market’s top seller, it may soon have to give way to the greater appeal of the Renault.

Refined On road, and the Kadjar immediately impresses with its refinement and handling. Engine and road noise are so well suppressed that there is no tiring distraction and it is only the occasional tyre noise

on very rough surfaces that reminds you just how quiet the vehicle is, bearing in mind that it is a diesel power unit up front.

Larger vehicles tend to ride softly for the benefit of passenger comfort but can have irritating body roll on tight corners, but not so the Kadjar which offers the magical balance of poise and comfort. Steering response is also more hatchback than larger vehicle, and its accuracy adds to the Kadjar’s appeal.

While the models are available with 17-inch wheels, the 19 -inch wheels fitted to the test car fill the wheelarches better and add to its visual strength while the interior provides excellent room for both front and rear seat occupants as well as a generous 472 litre boot. Neatly sculptured interior detailing with soft-touch finishes and chrome border lines reinforce the quality image of the Kadjar as does the contrasting stitching on the upholstery. The test vehicle was finished in mid-range ‘Dynamique Sat Nav’ specification and this level carries a

But the luxury and performance of the Kadjar are not at the expense of running costs. The official combined fuel consumption of the test vehicle on 19-inch wheels is 72.4 mpg while a CO2 emissions of 103 gms/km puts it in band B for annual car tax of £20. For business users the vehicle has a BIK rating of 18 per cent.

Overall, the Kadjar extends Renault’s popularity as they expand their new model ranges with cars that offer increased appeal through their design and dynamics, while retaining value for money and extended ownership support.

The Kadjar dCi 110 in ‘Dynamique Sat Nav’ specification is listed at £22,395. Although it comes with a tyre pressure monitoring system and tyre inflation kit, an optional spare wheel adds £95 while a range of special paint finishes costs from £525. The model is in Group 14E for insurance purposes and benefits from Renault’s 4+ warranty cover. This is comprehensive cover for 4 years / 100,000 miles with 4 years roadside assistance.

Fishing season is fast approaching, and Tuesday 1st March sees the Finn Anglers salmon waters open for business again. Strabane Sporting Club

It was business as usual on Valentines weekend at Birchwood Trout Fishery and no romantic shenanigans could keep the anglers off the lake as a monstrous total of 722 fish were caught over the span of the weekend. It was bitterly cold at times but the rain stayed away and anglers took full advantage.
