camping experience for special-needs children and young adults. “We are excited to host this very special event,” said Bridget Costello, Director, Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck. “Since their formation, the Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck Patrons have really gone above and beyond in raising funds and awareness about the camp.” Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck is a resident summer camp serving children and young adults ages 6-21 with both physical and developmental special needs. Its mission is to help these children to achieve equality, dignity, and maximum independence through a safe and quality program of camping, recreation, and education.
Throughout the program, campers participate in many activities, such as arts and crafts, talent shows, cook-outs, swimming and boating. Sponsorship opportunities are available. On November 16th, the Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck Patrons will be hosting a Casino Night at Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck from 7 to 11 p.m. The event will include access to unlimited gambling, hors d’oeurves, beer, wine and a chance to win amazing prizes. Tickets are $125 per person and $200 per couple. Campers and their parents can purchase tickets at a discounted price of $100 per person and $175 per couple. All proceeds will go to benefit the camp.
