Dr. Robert Greenwood is the founding director of The Leslie Harris Centre of Regional Policy and Development, which was st launched on October 1 , 2004, and is cross-appointed with Memorial's Faculty of Business Administration. The Harris Centre's mandate is to coordinate and facilitate Memorial University's educational, research and outreach activities in the areas of regional policy and development. Marc is a trainer in Lean methodology and a Six sigma Black belt. He assists organizations in understanding productivity & the benefits that arise from a productivity culture. Marc will touch on the relationship between productivity tools and innovation and how productivity can contribute in ensuring quality, reducing defects, reducing lead times and increasing profit margins.

Jamie King is president and co-founder of Verafin, a software company that specializes in anti-money-laundering and fraud detection solutions for the financial services industry. Jamie has been a featured speaker at a number of international antimoney-laundering conferences in both Canada and the Caribbean. He has taught computer engineering at Memorial University and has authored numerous publications. Jamie is a graduate of the bachelor of engineering (electrical) and diploma in electrical engineering technology programs at MUN.
