M/s INGKA Centres India Pvt. Ltd. has proposed a mix-used development project at commercial property plot no. E – 01, Sector 51, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The developers will build the project on a land parcel of 11.81 acres, and the project’s total construction area will be 4,511,065 SqFt. The project’s construction cost is INR 1,691 crores.
