For over 80 years, the Tecnológico de Monterrey's goal has been to establish education as the foundation of Mexico's progress. The university's impact beyond our beloved country is becoming increasingly evident and our role in contributing to society's advancement is more important than ever. We move ahead as times evolve and we are paving the way to becoming the most international university in Latin America by reinforcing our research and knowledge transfer, generating innovative solutions to the world's most pressing issues, and bolstering our global relations and presence.
At the heart of our institution are our professors, who play a crucial role in achieving our success. In our 2030 Strategic Plan, we aim to increase the global prestige of Tecnológico de Monterrey as the best university in Latin America, with the best talent, academic excellence and an educational vision based on innovation and research. We firmly believe that by welcoming outstanding academic leaders, we will enrich the role of our institution as a platform that connects talent, ideas, and technology for the development of a more prosperous, just, and sustainable world.

Business is an ever-changing discipline: Trends shift, technology disrupts, and more and more, leaders are called upon to be visionaries.
To develop these leaders that our complex societies demand, the Tecnológico de Monterrey has designed an innovative curriculum that provides undergraduate and graduate students with the skills to not only anticipate change, but to be at the forefront of it.
We do this in several ways: The first requires finding individuals with the spirit, character, and ability to inspire others through high-impact, purposeful education. These professors develop students with the drive to reshape entrepreneurship and innovation as we know it, redefining the business direction of Mexico, Latin America, and the world.
It is an exciting time to join the Tecnológico de Monterrey as we build the Faculty capable of solving Mexico's and LATAM's greatest challenges. If you would like to be part of the next generation of this vanguard, please consider joining the Undergraduate Business School and/or EGADE Business School at the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Sincerely,
HORACIO ARREDONDO
