This design is inspired from the year rings formed around tree trunks. The motif is symbolic as it makes the reader reflect on how the students have grown over the years. Growth is perennial, natural, and the year rings depict a future which is built step by step (as visual layers).
Dear Neev Community,
The Neev IBDP Class of 2024 is our last set of students that studied at four campuses. This class started in grade 1 at three different early year centers (Indira Nagar, Whitefield and Sadashiv Nagar), came together for grade 2 at our tree filled, Core bungalow in Whitefield, moved in grade 3 to the grand Encore outer circle campus, and moved to Yemalur in grade 4. They are not just our largest DP cohort at 30, but also our most inclusive, relaxed and eclectic lot of learners.
Our strong learning support practice grew with the needs of many of the students in this cohort - one graduated in ICSE Grade 10 two years back and seven others with this IBDP class in Grade 12. These kids showed us the power of early intervention and what consistent and correct support - from school and home - can achieve. The whole cohort couldn’t have been a greater contrast from their perfect seniors. We are truly proud of this cohort, they make us who we are - a school that recognises the trajectory and destination of every human being is unique.
Cells and genes form us - 10 billion cells, containing 700 micromolecules, and 30,000 macromolecules each, all encoded by 3 billion DNA letters - giving us unbeatable complexity - but the power lies in how we put this to work beyond the capability AI is gathering, giving us uniqueness and imperfections. Discovering the uniqueness in each individual, can be ascribed to chance and serendipity, and yet we know the truth in Louis Pasteur’s quip, ‘chance favors the prepared mind’. The essential prerequisites of a prepared mind in the modern world are knowledge and technical competence, which is our job as a school. But it is equally our mission to build concern for the human condition with a compulsive desire to better it, and a lifelong learning capability with moral being.
The actions of our older children in student government, running assemblies and taking over not just events like language day but also large public ones like Neev LItfest with responsibility, starting the first Neev MUN, while winning heavily in sports and doing well academically, encourage us. Younger students show the seeds of community building, as our Indira Nagar K2’s did with Parikrama this year, individual kids in PYP do all the time, and some older students do
Neev is at a powerful place, with a great governing board and academic leadership council that inspire us to adapt our learning to changing times, and support us to build the campuses of the future - from 7 acres to 15 acres, and 130,000sft to 450,000sft at Academy adding a sports complex, auditorium and arts studios, special needs center and teacher training center by June 2026, New Neev Koramangla center with 10,000sft of purpose built early learning spaces - growing the learning opportunities for our students, and creating an institution that will be legacy. Campuses come alive not just because of current students, teachers and parents, but when growing alumni remain proud to belong to and own them. Our School management Committee, driven by parents and school leaders together, has set the stage for greater parent engagement and partnership in the coming year, to navigate a calm, resilient and impactful path for our children through a world that is increasingly polarized and anxious, but knowing that we don’t need to be that as we craft our own path to grow happy, healthy and impactful children.
A respect for individuality of every child lies at the heart of all we do at Neev, while focussing on what they read, what they learn, the relationships they build, the experiences and roles they remain open to, how hard they choose to push themselves, how honestly they do it all and finally what impact they seek in the world. We nurture our children to be change makers and our salvation lies in the potential of these children to change the future of India through the many, diverse professions they seek. Reflecting to learn from everything.
To a greater partnership, in pursuit of excellence in and for India!
Kavita Gupta Sabharwal Founder of Neev Schools
Dear Neev Community,
The Neev Early Years enters its 20th year, the start of which in 2005, was a deep desire and endeavour to give Early Years its due in our country. The early years, where the brain develops connections faster than at any other time in an individual’s life. These connections of a can-do attitude, capabilities in different domains, values and character will allow them to flourish and make a difference, the changemakers in changing India! wherever they go and whatever good they do!
Last year’s message on the legacy that we want to leave behind, of knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, caring, and gritty individuals, drives us to do our best, be it the teacher teams and the spaces/ resources provided. We at Neev are happy to share the launch of Our Project of New Neev Koramangla center with 10,000sft of purpose built early learning spaces that enhances the learning opportunities for our EY students.
The support of the Governing board and the Academic leadership council encourages us to stretch ourselves as we expand our Yemlur Neev Academy campus from 7 acres to 15 acres, and 130,000sft to 450,000sft adding a sports complex, auditorium and arts studios, special needs center and teacher training center in the next 2 years.
Our school management committee that consists of members across Early Years, Academy and the school leaders have been working together for increased parent engagement and partnership to go far together! 20 years from now when our children will make the choices in terms of what they will do, specializations/their profession, those options don’t exist as of now. Therefore our responsibilities are manyfold as we work towards building and enhancing the skills and dispositions that will stand the test of time and make them thrive be it in the discipline; the perseverance; problem solving; communication; collaboration, all the impacts that we are seeking in our definition of learning.
Since 2005 we have admitted more than 2500 children in the Early Years as the branches grew from one in 2005 to five in 2016. Many of the children in Early Years have continued their journey at Neev Academy. That is 16 precious and crucial years of learning, forming relationships nurturing the innate personalities, to go out as confident and resilient individuals in a world that is changing at a pace not seen before.
We take utmost pride and responsibility as we partner with our parents and children in this path. For our young Neevites, the seeds of curiosity in the twinkling eyes, their engaged minds, the joy of learning and the strong dispositions they build are their tools as they carve their place in a world that they make their own.
Our wish and prayer for them….. “In their journey let them have the wisdom and strength that when they cannot direct the wind, they can adjust the sails.”
Enjoy the yearbook as it evokes happy memories of the curious minds……
Warm regards Priti Anand Director, Neev Early

Neev Early Years is a learning community that embraces the belief that children are capable, curious, and competent individuals who learn holistically through hands-on experiences, explorations, and meaningful connections with their environment.
At Neev, we value and celebrate the unique interests and perspectives of each child, fostering a nurturing and collaborative learning environment. This empowers children to be disciplinary thinkers, communicators, collaborators, self-directed learners, and community builders with a far reaching impact of learning and education that extends beyond Neev.
