Neetish Sarda Father Built An Empire With Passion And Dedication Neetish Sarda's father Mr. Ghanshyam Sarda, who started his career as a humble Jute trader, is now one of the biggest Jute manufacturers and employers in West Bengal, UP, and Bihar, employing over 70,000 people. He has developed a behemoth worth over 2500 crores with his vision and devotion, encompassing different businesses such as Real Estate, IT/ITES, and the Service Sector. The Sarda Group of industries owns Alwar Jute Mill, Agarpara Jute Mill, Axsys Technologies, and Vision Comptech and also runs the Chandakala Devi Trust, a philanthropic organization. Mr. Sarda was born in 1959 to Late Mr. Shiwlal Sarda, the founder of a business empire. The father had no idea that his kid would one day surpass him and become one of the brightest stars in the Sarda galaxy. He joined the family business after graduating from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata and envisions a bright future for the eco-friendly and biodegradable material and converged all his might to revitalize Nine sick jute mills, providing much-needed employment to Bengal's workforce and resurrecting the dying industry at a time when the Jute industry was being abandoned by big business houses due to tremendous labor militancy. Neetish Sarda's father entered the chemical sector with the acquisition of Kolmark Chemicals Limited. By this time, he had established a reputation for reviving dormant business units and restructured the unit's structure and investments, and breathed new life into the dying Kolmark Chemicals. The BSL Limited was taken over in 2002 by the company and Vision Comptech, the Sarda Group's IT arm, obtained the property deeds for its future call center later that year. In 2004, the Jute baron expanded his business by purchasing shares in GIC Housing Finance. Mr. Sarda's prominence in the jute sector is demonstrated by plans for Greenfield Jute mills in Rajasthan, West Bengal, and Tamil Nadu, as well as the establishment of two jute production training facilities in West Bengal and the purchase of the Singhania-owned JK Mills in Kanpur. Ghanshyam Sarda, Neetish Sarda's father, has helped his son in the establishment of a fully serviced office space, which would revolutionize workplace solutions.
