chief administrative officer Colleen Synchyshin, a letter was read stating a joint application by the town, municipalities of Rosedale, North Cypress-Langford and Glenella-Lansdowne,
for the review of operations for the Yellowhead Community Recreation Centre had been conditionally approved. The application was made through the province of Manitoba’s
2022-2023 Service Delivery Improvement Program. “To be clear, the Town of Neepawa is not going to be heavily involved in this. We were the conduit for it to happen, as the applica-
