News A Word From the President Every new year brings changes from the previous one and this year is no different. We are proud to bring you the introductory issue of our new monthly newsletter. Through these pages our hope is to provide you with information that will help you in your buying decisions and ultimately saving you money so more can be directed towards your ministry efforts.

We want to thank you for all your support this past year and pledge to you our commitment to providing you with low prices and excellent customer service.

Indeed, the past two years have challenged all of us in ways we never dreamed.

But our trust in our gracious God and the faith that He will provide, has helped us dearly as we struggled through these years.

We are very excited about 2022 for many reasons. Most of all, we look forward to working with all of you as we help you in your church’s journey. This year will also produce our long anticipated new website with increased features and new design. We will let you know when we get closer to launching it. The pandemic has forced us to get smaller but this year we are planning to add extra staff to better serve you. As we add features and benefits, we will outline them for you in this monthly newsletter.

2021 / 2022 Supply Chain If you have watched the news the last few months you have heard by now that we are in an extended season of product shortages on store shelves and even when ordering product online. ChurchPartner has been impacted significantly along with our competitors in the market. As part of our partnership with you, our customers, we felt it important to continue to share what we are experiencing in the marketplace concerning product delays and general price increases. As you probably realize prices of most goods and services are on the rise. Unfortunately, it is something that is not in our control as a general public and as a business entity.

We expect to see some relief from the supply chain crunch in 2022 but not at the levels prior to COVID-19. We will continue to experience the flow of product impacted for some time. The raw materials for many of our goods needs to be replenished in the pipeline to gain a complete recovery in the production of many products.

Plan Ahead for Your Church We at ChurchPartner have felt the impact of these price increases and have realized an increase in every product category that we provide. We encourage you to plan as far ahead as possible knowing that your product will not only realize an increase in cost but also a delay in receiving the order. We pledge that we will continue to offer you the best prices possible as we partner with you to serve your church, school and organization.

Overseas where most products originate manufacturers continue to experience labor shortages, power / electricity shortages, ocean container shortages, material (commodity) shortages and a substantial increase in demand versus what they are able to supply. Domestically, we are also experiencing labor shortages and logistics challenges.

Standing Orders Consider the creation of a standing order. The benefits you will receive by having a standing order include:  Guarantee to your church that you will always have your items in

stock as your standing orders will be pulled first before the general public. 

All orders will be shipped to arrive by the date you provided us.



You can modify order quantities up to 7 days prior to shipping



Standing order can be cancelled at any time (only exception is if an order has already shipped, then that order cannot be cancelled but future ones can)

This applies to any items you use on a regular basis such as communion cups, bread/wafers, pre-filled communion wafer/juice combo’s, candles and much more. Certain items if placed on a standing order can benefit from a discount and we will hold prices as long as possible. We wish we could offer price guarantees for a year, however, the manufacturers have already alerted us to price increases for 2022.

Employee Profile Meet Neal Rosner Founder and CEO/President

Neal has been here for 100 years...not really,...but he started the company 28 years ago along with his partner Rick Emmelhainz (the same year the Colorado Rockies came into being) and built the business to over $5M in annual revenues with well over 30,000 church customers.

He and his wife Nancy of 36 years have been dedicated to serving the church community from the very beginning. They have 2 children, Brian and Brittany and 2 grandchildren.

Prior to starting CR Associates, now ChurchPartner, Neal was a disc jockey in New York, served in the US Air Force, and worked for Procter and Gamble as a Key Account Sales Manager.

He is a voracious reader and loves history especially military and Presidential history. Neal was born in a Jewish home and found the Lord at the age of 16.

He and his wife are devout Christians who have been very active in their church for years.

His 92-year old father, Jerome, is a Bible scholar and historian and has a voluminous library of his research of nearly every scripture in the Bible. It can be viewed at our Littleton ChurchPartner office.

For the past two years, furniture has been one of the most impacted areas from the pandemic. The supply chain issues along with material and labor issues have all combined for some pretty significant shipping delays and price increases.

We are experiencing price increases that are eclipsing 30% higher than they were pre-covid. Items produced in Asia have been pushed back further and further each month.

Demand has definitely been greater than supply. Materials such as wood, metal and acrylics have all increased in price and remain in short supply.

But it isn’t all bad news. ChurchPartner remains one of the premier suppliers of quality church furniture. Pew chairs are the number one selling furniture item and we are seeing production increases in the North American manufacturing sector with some of the traditional manufacturing areas in the US gearing up their production facilities. That is helping to ease the supply chain crunch we are feeling from Asian producers.
