State Legislation Monitoring
NEAAPA is actively monitoring bills presented across the Northeast State Legislatures that could impact the industry, including Wage and Hour, School Calendar, Industry Regulations, and more.
When necessary, NEAAPA will mobilize efforts to educate elected representatives and policymakers on the industry.
NEAAPA also works with industry partners in Washington, D.C. on issues such as seasonal work visas, unmanned aircraft systems (drones), CPSC oversight of the industry, and more.

NEAAPA is proud to offer the Pinnacle Scholarship Program to seasonal employees in good standing of NEAAPA members.
One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded for the Fall 2023 Semester. This scholarship is open to all seasonal employees enrolled for the Fall 2023 Semester as a full-time student in post-secondary education (beyond high school).
Flyers and posters will be mailed to NEAAPA members to inform their employees of this great new program available to them.
The deadline to complete the application is July 31, 2023. The NEAAPA Awards Committee will review applications and may contact an applicant’s employer for a reference. The scholarship winner will be notified by August 31, 2023 and announced in the NEAAPA Weekly News.
