Our Strategic Planning Process

The Strategic Plan was facilitated by Mike Loyet of Partners in Mission
For more than 20 years, Notre Dame Prep has strengthened the minds, bodies and souls of young men and women as the preeminent Catholic High School in the Diocese of Phoenix. With the population explosion in our area and the reputation of our institution, we need to expand our curriculum, campus and ministry.
We want these changes to be intentional and strategically accomplish specific goals. In the Spring of 2022, we embarked on the 8-month-long strategic planning process with Partners in Mission to thoughtfully and methodically address the growing needs of all aspects of life at NDP. We engaged all of our stakeholders to identify 8 domains, each with a specific goal to create our "road map" for the next five years.
STRATEGIC PLAN 2023 - 2028
Catholic Identity
Strategic Goal:
Guided by the shared values of reverence, respect and responsibility, NDP will provide meaningful opportunities for all members of our school community to actively engage in the pursuit of holiness anchored in The Gospel and the Catholic Faith.
Objectives:
Establish a more relevant student-centered approach to the Catholic faith and spiritual formation to promote discipleship in contemporary culture and build meaningful connections into the personal lives of students.
1. Define, develop and deliver Catholic faith formation initiatives that resonate universally with all administration, faculty and staff to create a culture of unified, values-driven leadership to better form our students.
2. Identify areas where collaboration between our school and local parishes would represent a mutual benefit to share and develop resources, enrich authentic relationships and create real connections.
4.
3. Develop a four-year progressive and comprehensive framework to strengthen the connection between faith, service and evangelization, integrated with our academic curriculum so that students leave Notre Dame Prep transformed into true Disciples.

Strategic Goal:
NDP provides an academically rigorous, differentiated, and comprehensive curriculum driven by data and faculty collaboration--to support and develop the academic potential of all learners.
Objectives:
1 NDP creates, formalizes, communicates, and implements a profile of a Notre Dame Prep graduate, that exemplifies our Catholicity (mind, body, and soul), and demonstrates the qualities and skills of an exceptional learner.
3
NDP develops and communicates clear learning outcomes that emphasize higher-level thinking skills, adopting and utilizing PLCs to create meaningful lessons that allow students to have relevant, experiential learning opportunities in the classrooms.
