Faculty & Staff Compensation $12 Million The time is now to align our faculty and staff compensation packages with those offered by our local public schools and other independent schools in the Bay Area. Our treasured faculty make all the difference in ensuring our girls thrive and fully lean into the promise of NDB. Raising $12M enables us to provide immediate and long-term adjustments for our teachers to attract and retain the best. These funds will be invested in an endowment that will ensure the long-term sustainability of both these changes and the school. Our school recognizes that one hallmark of an NDB education is to “Learn for Life,” and we greatly value the expertise and wisdom of each individual, especially our exceptional team of educators. Our educators play a vital role in providing outstanding curriculum, fostering cross-curricular collaboration and guiding young women to their full potential.
