We have helped prevent vision loss through our education programs and screenings for children and adults To accomplish our mission, we offer Transition Services for people losing their vision, Support Services, Employment
opportunities for people who are blind, and a Prevention of Blindness Program
Our social enterprise provides products and services to the state and federal government, and commercial sectors This allows us to provide employment opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired We also provide Business Services such as Document Shredding and our Sip for Sight Bottleless Water Coolers to the surroundingcommunities

Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit program is a way for businesses to enrich educational opportunities for students and earn tax credits by donating to an Educational Improvement Organization. Through EITC, eligible businesses can
receivetaxcreditsequalto75%oftheircontribution,upto$750,000 per taxable year The tax credit may be increased to 90% of the contribution if the business agrees to provide the same amount for twoconsecutivetaxyears.
WhyDonatetoNCSS?
NCSS has been designated as an Educational Improvement Organization by the PA Dept of Community and Economic Development for providing innovative educational programs that enhancethepublic-schoolcurriculum.
Journey Through Sight is a virtual reality and interactive educational program on eye health and safety for students ages 5 – 12 who are enrolled in a summer day camp or a school year latchkey program.
By contributing to NCSS through the EITC program, businesses can receive a tax credit while making a positive impact on students in Bradford, Centre, Clinton, Lycoming, Sullivan, and Tioga counties
