Hello, Hello, Hello! I want to take a moment to give a HUGE shout out to Alina for putting in all the hard work to bring this newsletter together. The board has been spending a lot of time discussing ways to better serve the community and bring us all together a bit more effectively and we would love to hear any feedback or suggestions you might have! I also want to ake a moment to say Thank You to all our Family Fun Festival sponsors! Remember that if you need to report any deed restriction violations the way to do that is to visit our website and fill out the form linked on the Deed Restrictions page. Merit will review the submission and take for action from that point. Please also keep in mind that the county has online reporting tools for both code enforcement and consumer protection services, links to both sites can be found on our website in the deed restrictions section. The NCA does not make final determinations on the Deed Restrictions and cannot directly handle potential violations, so we ask that you report violations to Merit directly. Additionally, the Tax District handles maintenance of landscaping, irrigation, walls, entryways, and provides additional security through the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
