On behalf of the Northdale Civic Association (NCA), we hope 2023 brings you and yours many blessings. Recognition. I wish to recognize the many ways in which our volunteers Board of Directors invested significant time and energy to improve the lives of residents in our community. Similarly, we recognize our partnership with the Northdale Park Recreation Center, Special District Team, Northdale Owls (Older, Wiser, Lively, Seniors), the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Merit Management, YMCA, Advisory Groups, and all the local business for their contributions, collaboration to a successful 2022 season. Thank you for a successful 2022! Welcome. If you just joined our community, the Northdale Civic Association, Inc. (NCA) wants to take this opportunity to welcome you to the community. Northdale is a highly respected, low crime, family-oriented neighborhood that offers residents many amenities. Northdale businesses offer a wide variety of goods and services. These fees go toward the “fun” things such as the Family Fun Festival, Concert in the Park, Howl-o-ween and the Holiday Tree Lighting and Movie in the Park. They also finance the serious and necessary business of Deed Restrictions which are needed to guide and respond to property maintenance matters. 2023 Events Calendar. Below are several upcoming 2023 community events you can volunteer to help us with. Please contact the NCA via email at https://northdale.org/ if you’re interested. Food Truck & Music Fest – March TBD Spring Garage Sale – March 18, 2023 (Saturday) Easter Egg Hunt - April 8, 2023. This is held the Saturday before Easter in partnership with Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation. Family Fun Festival - April 22, 2023. In partnership with Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation Department. This is our largest event, it brings thousands of visitors to Northdale Park, and we’ll continue to offer all the food, games, entertainment, and parking free to the public. Food Truck & Music Fest –

We also need your help and highly encourage all members or potential members of the association to contact myself or your community representative with any questions, concerns, or suggestions. As always, residents are always welcome to attend the monthly Board Meetings, typically held at the Northdale Park building ‘B‘.
