NC Doors is a family-owned and-operated Australian company. Barry, David and Ian Drewitt have been designing and manufacturing quality custom-made commercial and residential timber doors and door frames in their Wauchope (NSW) factory since 2002.
To ensure a millimetre-perfect fit, NC Doors digitally ‘profiles’ (measures) each door frame onsite, or takes the dimensions from CAD drawings.
The data is then programmed and downloaded into one of our two 5-axis routing machines, which precisely size each handmade door panel and cuts out hinges, handles, lock and other hardware in minutes – far quicker and more accurately than can be done by hand by a carpenter working onsite.
Installation is so easy our doors can be hung by nontrade workers or a home renovator.
We can also paint or stain your doors and pre-fit hardware from leading suppliers , ready to be delivered and installed in a fraction of the usual time.

The brothers began installing doors in the 1980s, but saw an opportunity to revolutionise custom door design, production and installation by investing in computer-driven systems.
Their custom-made doors can be installed quickly and easily by non-trade labour, saving you time and money.
Our custom-made profiled doors are manufactured to any size and design with all hardware cutouts removed.
That means we can supply your doors painted or stained and pre-fit the selected hardware.
So, they arrived ready to be quickly screwed on (by our team or yours) for a millimetre-perfect fit every time!

We CAD-profile every frame on the job site, ensuring each door will be a perfect fit.

We can pre-fit the hinges and add a primer coat so our experienced installers can hang then even more quickly plus theres no dust to clean up or waste to remove later.

Incorporating a Thermalite polymer core, Climate Control Shutters provide 2-3 times the thermal insulation of wood or vinyl shutters. They’re also water resistant, non- toxic and act as a fire retardant.
Unlike most PVC shutters, our shutters are moisture resistant, making them perfect for internal or external use, including humid and wet areas, such as bathrooms.
The panels are delivered in a flat pack precisely sized to the window reveal and painted in the chosen colour.
Recessed pull handles, adjustable rollers, pelmet guides, thermal seals and recessed locks (if required) are fitted in the factory. Installation is simple: Screwing on the bottom track and top pelmet can be done by non-trade qualified person or handyman before the shutter panels are lifted and fitted into the top and bottom tracks. Minor adjustments can be made to the rollers to ensure a perfect seal.
