ABOUT THE 2022 CYCLE

Alabama: $1,656,750 Connecticut: $460,000 Mississippi: $400,000 Virginia: $572,000 Donations will assist with various costs impacting affordable housing,

including emergency rental assistance, disaster relief, food assistance, and clothing provisions.

The grants come as the U.S. housing market experiences the secondlargest correction of the post-WWII era, as mortgage rates recently broke 7 percent, the highest since 2002, and more than double what most borrowers paid near the start of the pandemic.

RECORD-BREAKING DONATION

Last year, Navigate awarded $2 million to 31 organizations.

This year’s record-breaking donation of $3 million will support 34 organizations across four states focused on tackling critical needs in their communities, from affordable housing and rental aid to emergency shelter and food assistance.
