COMMUNITY CENTRE Location: Mananthavady, Wayanad Semester : 3 Category: Community Centre

A public location where members of a community tends to gather for group activities,social support,public information and other prposes it is open for whole age group. activities like library,indoor play areaand meeting spaces where included in this.

The community centre provides an oppertunity to the residents of the area to come together and engauge in various socio-cultural activities and lead to their development in social skills

The gathering space extents the options for people of different age groups to explore the activities and so can build their interactive skills by mingling with more number of people.

The approach is to study the users based on their activities ,spatial requirements from movie characters. The residence provides the user with ambient spaces for residing as well as to carry out their daily activities in a way suiting their nature and approach.

part spaces The verandha space is designed in such a way to recieve maximum view towards the lake and enjoy among themselves. Its also the space where the users spent most of their time for family interactions along with mingling with friends and other people.

EVERY VOID SPACES IN JUNIOR BLOCK ,MIDDLE BLOCK UPPER BLOCK ACTS DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES BASED ON THEIR AGE .ALSO THERE ARE SPACES WHICH CONNECTS EACH BLOCK

The school is designed for pre, low and upper primary students in an explicit way for their integral, physical and mental upgrowth grounded on montessori method of education. The structure is designed in maximum response with the site and the contour conditions.

the outdoor spaces concentrates on the integral and overall development of the students by sitting around the treeit also act as reading and interactive space

The classrooms are designed to achieve great view towards outside along with seperate spaces for various activities.
