The proposed project is a unique and innovative educational and entertainment complex that will showcase life-sized models, live working models, live flora and fauna, and space exploration. The complex will be housed in a single, large building.

1.Butterfly Habitat
The Butterfly Garden is an innovative structure that provides a tropical habitat for butterflies. It is designed to be efficient and cost-saving, despite the challenges of creating a tropical climate in a region with dry summers, cold winters, and low humidity.
2.Marine Bio-Conservatory
it is a unique and educational facility that showcases the diverse flora and fauna of the region. The conservatory is designed to provide visitors with an immersive experience of the marine and freshwater ecosystems, with exhibits that include coral reefs, mangrove forests, and freshwater wetlands.

The client is a businessman based in Malapuram Kerala.the plot is 14.3 cent flat land with slight undulations .The client was looking for modern tropical and minimal design. The major constrain for the project was the low land area and the presence of well in the plot which had to be maintained.

High temperature and humidity : Overhangs, louvers, cross-ventilation, a courtyard, and light-colored materials will help keep the house cool and comfortable.
Southwest monsoon : 1m overhang, raised plinth, gutters, and downspouts will help protect the house from heavy rains.

The client, a goldsmith based in Saudi Arabia, requested a tropical and fresh design for his house on a plot divided in two by a retaining wall, surrounded by a hilly terrain, and located in a hot and dry climate. From the initial stage of design, we wanted to create a house that complemented the surrounding terrain and climate, using materials such as locally sourced stone and wood.

05.Chandrika Residence
Location :Kodungalore,Kerala

This project is a grand and unique residence for a businessman based in Kodungalore, Kerala, India. The client was inspired by Moroccan architecture and wanted a home that was both luxurious and culturally rich.The plot is 1.6 acres of flat land with slight undulations, which provided the perfect canvas for the architect to create a sprawling and impressive structure. The home is designed to take advantage of the natural surroundings, with large windows and balconies that offer stunning views of the landscape.

The sectional plan reveals the home’s intricate design and attention to detail. The entrance hall is a grand and inviting space, with a soaring ceiling and a sweeping staircase that leads to the upper levels. The living and dining areas are spacious and elegant, with Moroccan-inspired elements such as intricate tilework and carved plasterwork.

This project was residential project for one of my relative .The residence had to be planed in a narrow plot which was 14 m wide so plan also was Complementing the narrow site more over there was a requirement of a prayer hall which was a unique requirement.
