The only Yacht Club in Alto Lario, it is 90 km from Milan and 60 km from Switzerland. The Alto Lario Marine Center is an oasis of peace with a restaurant and bar, a wonderful gazebo and marvellous garden, it has its own swimming pool overlooking the lake in order to spend some relaxing moments immersed in the the splendid backdrop of Lake Como. Costa Smeralda Marine Center PRONTO INTERVENTO EMERGENCY TECHNICAL SERVICE L’esperienza di Nausika Yacht nel settore nautico insegna che a volte anche il più piccolo imprevisto può rovinare un magnifico periodo di vacanza. Durante le feste e nel periodo estivo non sempre è facile trovare un tecnico disponibile ad intervenire dove e quando serve. Pensando alla vacanze in tranquillità dei clienti è stato ideato il servizio di pronto intervento in grado di offrire tempestivamente assistenza tecnica direttamente presso il posto barca dell’armatore. Il personale altamente qualificato si occuperà della diagnosi e della risoluzione del problema riducendo i tempi di intervento grazie alle officine mobili e al supporto del fornitissimo magazzino ricambi; quando tutti sono in vacanza Nausika Yacht è al fianco dell’armatore, per occuparsi di lui, della sua barca e della sua serenità.
Nausika Yacht’s experience in the nautical sector teaches that sometimes even the smallest unforeseen event can ruin a beautiful holiday period. During the holidays and in the summer period it is not always easy to find a technician available to intervene where and when is needed. Thinking about the customers’ holidays, the emergency service has been created to be able to offer a prompt technical assistance directly at the owner’s berth. The highly qualified staff will deal with the diagnosis and resolution of the problem, reducing intervention times thanks to the mobile workshops and the support of the well-stocked spare parts warehouse; when everyone is on holiday, Nausika Yacht is at the owner’s side to take care of him, his boat and his tranquillity.

Costa Smeralda Marine Center LAVORI IN PROPRIO SELF-MAINTENANCE WORKS Il Costa Smeralda Marine Center dispone di un ampio piazzale e di una superficie coperta, disponibili a noleggio, dedicati a chi vuole eseguire lavori in proprio sulle imbarcazioni. Entrambe le aree sono dotate di acqua e corrente. Grazie ad un sistema di riconoscimento telefonico, i clienti possono accedere liberamente all’area recintata e video sorvegliata 24 ore su 24, per poter sfruttare al massimo il tempo di sosta, indipendentemente dagli orari di lavoro e apertura del cantiere. Il noleggio dell’area in piazzale da diritto all’utilizzo dei comodi parcheggi e dei servizi igienici con docce. Disponibilità di energia elettrica e acqua.
Costa Smeralda Marine Center has a large yard and a covered area, available for the rental and dedicate to those who want to carry out their own works on boats. Both areas are equipped with water and electricity. Thanks to a telephone recognition system the clients have a direct access to a fenced and 24hours video monitored area and the maximum possibility of exploiting the storage time, regardless of working and opening hours of the yard. The rental of the area in the square gives the right to use the comfortable parking lots and bathrooms with showers. Electricity and water are available.

Oltre ad offrire servizi di rimessaggio e riparazione, L’Adriatic Marine Center è dotato di una darsena che conta 40 posti barca per imbarcazioni fino ai 70 piedi. La darsena è attrezzata con comodi finger galleggianti che consentono di accedere alle imbarcazioni ormeggiate in tutta sicurezza e facilità. La marina dell’Adriatic Marine Center è attrezzata con moderne colonnine per l’erogazione di acqua ed elettricità al posto barca. L’ampio parcheggio recintato, l’area relax nel giardino, i servizi igienici con docce sono riservate ai clienti.
In addition to offering storage and repair services, the Adriatic marine Center is equipped with a dock that has 40 berths for boats up to 70 feet. The dock is equipped with comfortable floating fingers that allows clients to access the moored boats in complete safety. Adriatic Marine Center is fitted with modern columns for the water and electricity supply. .07 Showroom dell’usato Showroom of used boats In ciascuna delle sedi le imbarcazioni in vendita vengono posizionate in pronta visione in uno showroom dedicato, garantendo, tramite comode passerelle, la massima accessibilità per le visite. Si tratta di strutture progettate per consentire di prendere comodamente visione delle migliori imbarcazioni usate selezionate da Nausika Yacht per la vendita. Le imbarcazioni, dopo accurate operazioni di preparazione, vengono esposte lungo la banchina di un ideale porto. L’esposizione all’interno degli edifici preposti ha il doppio vantaggio di proteggere le barche dall’azione dagli agenti atmosferici e di garantire una piacevole esperienza, in qualunque condizione meteo. Si tratta di un vero “Salone dell’usato” in cui poter con tranquillità, visitare e scegliere la “nuova” barca usata.
In each of Nausika Yacht’s boatsyard, boats on sale are displayed for immediate viewing in a dedicated showroom in order to guarantee, through comfortable walkways the maximum accessibility for visits. The boats, after a careful preparation are displayed along the quay of an ideal port. The exposure inside these dedicated buildings has a double advantage of protecting the boats from the action of atmospheric agents and ensuring a pleasant experience in any weather condition. It’ s a real ‘’second hand show’’ where is possible to visit and choose the ‘’new’’ used boat.

.08 Vendita | Sales L’azienda opera in molteplici settori della nautica, non ultimo la vendita di imbarcazioni, offrendo un servizio di vendita dinamico, innovativo e ben collaudato che consente di raggiungere ottimi risultati in brevi tempi. Il cliente sarà seguito dai commerciali Nausika Yacht che, analizzando le sue esigenze, sapranno proporre un servizio di vendita “sartoriale”, scegliendo tra la vendita in esclusiva o non, decidendo la durata dell’incarico e la tipologia di provvigione da corrispondere: •
con un importo fisso per la durata dell’incarico (canone di rimessaggio compreso nella provvigione);
•
in percentuale sul valore di vendita finale.
Ogni dettaglio viene concordato con il cliente sin dalle prime fasi, per garantire la massima trasparenza ed il migliore risultato. L’imbarcazione affidata per la vendita verrà posizionata nello showroom della sede di riferimento, dove sarà esposta lungo una passerella che consentirà ai visitatori di accedervi comodamente; la barca verrà costantemente pulita, tenuta in pronta visione e disponibile per prove in acqua.
Nausika Yachts is specialised in several nautical sectors, not least the sale of boats. The offer is based on tested, dynamic and innovative sales service, that allows to achieve excellent results, quickly. Clients will be followed by sales agents that will evaluate a customizable solution that best meets their needs, such as an exclusive or open mandate, duration of the mandate and the kind of commission fee: •
with a fixed rate for the duration of the mandate (with storage fees included in the commission);
•
a percentage of the final sale price.
This is all agreed with the client right from the start, to guarantee maximum transparency and the best result. Boat on sale will be displayed in the dedicated showroom of the specific boatyard, where it will be located along a comfortable walkway to guarantee an easy access to the visitors. Boat will be kept clean, ready to view and available for water tests.
