COMMUNICATE
We're looking forward to welcoming you to this year's Communicate conference, a first in our 19 year history as we welcome delegates to both live and online sessions. It is a crucial year for the environment, and as organisations and audiences continue to face challenges, we have worked with our partners to pull together a programme packed full of opportunities, inspiration, and practical help, alongside facilitated and open networking sessions. Please do join us, and continue to send us your suggestions and ideas anytime at communicate@bnhc.org.uk.
Communicate Conference has been running since 2004, and is produced by The Natural History Consortium, a charitable collaboration between Avon Wildlife Trust, Bath & Northeast Somerset Council, BBC, Bristol City Council, Bristol Zoo Gardens, Defra, Forestry England, National Trust, Natural England, University of Bath, University of Bristol, University of the West of England, Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, and Woodland Trust. COMMUNICATE CONFERENCE BRISTOL

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

Is Communicate online or in-person this year?

Communicate will be held online, with an additional option to attend a day of in-person workshops and masterclasses in London (Day 1, November 15) and Bristol (Day 2, November 16). The events for live audiences will take place alongside the online conference and will follow the theme of the day.

How do I attend the in-person Bristol day?

You can purchase your tickets here. Passes for the two-day online conference cost £25 +VAT per delegate. Passes for the in-person workshops and masterclass days in London or Bristol cost £75 +VAT per delegate.

Where is the Bristol day taking place?

Clifton Pavilion, Bristol Zoo Gardens, College Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 3HA

Where can I find out about access requirements?

Please visit this page to find out about accessibility during this year's conference, including information on step-free access to the buildings, accessible toilets, and online recordings.

Will the Bristol sessions be livestreamed or recorded and available to watch at a later date?

The in-person days are workshop-focused, interactive sessions to encourage participation, therefore, we will not be livestreaming or recording these sessions.

Will I be able to join the online conference while attending the Bristol 'deep-dive' day?

If you have tickets to the online conference, you are welcome to virtually attend a session while at an in-person day. At the Bristol venue, there will be a dedicated room for this. However, you will need to organise this yourself via your own device and headset in that room.
