Expeller-pressed from raw pumpkin seeds, this dark green oil adds a gourmet touch to salads, soups, or even ice cream. Unlike neutral oils, it brings richness and depth that turns a simple dish into something special. A bold alternative to olive oil with added nutrition.

This high-smoke-point blend handles serious heat –ideal for stir-frying, grilling, baking, or roasting. Lighter and milder than pure coconut oil, it’s a practical and tasty substitute for regular avocado or canola oil when cooking at high temperatures.

Cold-pressed from premium-quality black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa), this ancient oil delivers a nutty, peppery flavour with a slightly bitter edge. Blend into dips, drizzle over grain bowls, or enjoy it straight from the spoon. A traditional oil with a trend-forward twist.

With a velvety texture and nutty finish, this blend of organic argan and coconut oils is perfect for dipping warm bread, roasting vegetables, or baking flaky pastries. Think of it as a flavour-forward upgrade to neutral oils –adding depth without overpowering the dish.

Greek Yogurt Dip

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat works best)

1 garlic clove, grated

Zest of 1 lemon

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp Alpha Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil

½ tsp sumac

Salt to taste

Pumpkin seeds for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients (except pumpkin seeds) to a bowl and mix. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to come together. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and more sumac, and serve with vegetables.

Makes approximately 2 cups of dip.

Green Marinade

Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Mix the parsley, garlic, scallions, thyme, and salt together in a bowl.

Add the Alpha Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil. This marinade is best suited for soft cheeses like goat cheese. Simply slather marinade over goat cheese and let sit for 1–2 hours in the fridge or overnight. Enjoy with a fresh baguette.

Makes approximately 1 cup of marinade, the perfect amount for a 300 g log of goat cheese.

Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

3 lb baby potatoes

2 Tbsp butter, melted

1 Tbsp Alpha Organic Coconut Avocado Oil Blend

2 sprigs of rosemary, left whole

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsp water

Roasted Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

Juice of half a lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsp Alpha Organic Coconut Avocado Oil Blend

1 Tbsp feta cheese, crumbled

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 475 ºF. Prepare a baking sheet with a little bit of melted butter to lightly coat the surface.

Cut potatoes in halves and put them on the prepared baking sheet. Add the remaining melted butter, Alpha Organic Coconut Avocado Oil Blend, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mix, then lay potatoes flat (cut side down) on the baking sheet. Add water. Cover with foil and roast for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil, flip potatoes, and cook for another 30 minutes until soft and golden brown.

Serves 4–6 as a side dish.

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 ºF. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut broccoli and toss with half of the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Alpha Organic Coconut Avocado Oil Blend, then add to the baking sheet.

Roast for 15–20 minutes until browned. Remove from oven, sprinkle with feta and remaining lemon juice, and serve immediately.

Serves 4 as a side dish.

Garlic Hummus

INGREDIENTS

1 can organic chickpeas, 540 mL*, drained and rinsed

2 Tbsp tahini

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

½ tsp cumin

1–2 garlic cloves (depending on your taste)

Salt to taste

4 Tbsp olive oil

4 Tbsp cold water

½ tsp Alpha Organic Black Seed Oil

Olives for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Add chickpeas (see chef’s tip below), tahini, lemon juice, cumin, garlic, and salt to a food processor. While blending, slowly stream in the olive oil and cold water. Blend until smooth. Add Alpha Organic Black Seed Oil and continue to blend. Add more olive oil and/or water if mixture is too thick. Transfer to a serving dish and top with olives for garnish.

Makes approximately 1½ cups of hummus.

*CHEF’S TIP: The key to a super creamy hummus is to take the shells off the chickpeas. The shells can be removed by gently massaging the chickpeas between your hands. It’s tedious, but worth it!

Healthy Creamy Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS

2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced

2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced

3 carrots, shredded

1 scallion, thinly sliced

¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped

½ red pepper, thinly sliced

3 Tbsp tahini

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp maple syrup

1 garlic clove, grated

2–4 Tbsp water (to thin)

½ tsp Alpha Organic Black Seed Oil

Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Add red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots, scallions, cilantro, and red pepper to a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, garlic, water, Alpha Organic Black Seed Oil, and salt to

Coconut Granola

INGREDIENTS

1½ cups old-fashioned oats

1 cup almonds, sliced

½ cup raw pumpkin seeds

½ cup raw sunflower seeds

½ cup walnut pieces

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp hemp seeds

A pinch of salt

¼ cup maple syrup (or more if you like it sweeter)

¼ cup Alpha Organic Argan Coconut Oil Blend

½ cup raisins

¼ cup dried figs, chopped

Peanut Butter Chocolate

(Black Bean) Brownies

INGREDIENTS

1 can black beans, 540 mL, rinsed and drained

3 eggs

½ cup cocoa powder

2 Tbsp Alpha Organic Argan Coconut Oil Blend

A pinch of salt

⅓ cup maple syrup + 1 Tbsp

(add less if you prefer less sweetness)

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

1 Tbsp water

1 tsp baking powder

4 Tbsp natural peanut butter

⅛ cup dark chocolate chips (70%) or semi-sweet

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 325º F. Prepare two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, coconut, cinnamon, hemp seeds, and salt together. In a separate bowl, mix the maple syrup and the Alpha Organic Argan Coconut Oil Blend. Then, pour over the oat mixture and mix thoroughly. Evenly divide the mixture and lay flat on the two prepared baking sheets. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown. Once the baking is complete, add the raisins and dried figs. Allow mixture to cool before mixing. Store in an airtight container. Makes 10–12 servings.

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 ºF. Line an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish with parchment paper. Add the black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, Alpha Organic Argan Coconut Oil Blend, salt, ⅓ cup of maple syrup, vanilla, and water to a food processor. Once well blended and smooth, add the baking powder and pulse lightly to incorporate. Then, add black bean mixture to the prepared baking dish and flatten with a spatula. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Dollop peanut butter mixture onto brownie batter and swirl with a toothpick. Add chocolate pieces on top. Bake for 25 minutes until set. Let cool completely before serving. Makes 8–10 brownies.
