Carry a small amount of medicine in your book bag. Put a patch of fur in your pocket to touch for anxiety. Talk to your relatives. Ask for guidance. Go to sweat.

Let it go. Don’t hold onto the toxicity that is attached to harm from others. You don’t have to tell someone "I forgive you." Do it. This includes forgiving yourself. You deserve grace Forgive Release bad feelings from your spirit and grow into love self-acceptance self-acceptance

Always remember that young eyes are watching you.

Giving of yourself generates the type of love that gives back in so many ways.
