Bonnie McDonaldCSR

Bonnie has been in the industry for over 23 years and Customer Service is her favourite part of the job! She is originally from Newfoundland and now lives 40 minutes outside of Calgary with her family (including Farrah the dog and Claws the cat). She enjoys camping, scrapbooking, reading & baking.

Daniele Boccia -

Mobile Service Technician

Daniele has worked for NSM since 2020; he was born and raised in Rome, Italy, where he worked as a personal trainer for 14 years He moved to Canada in 2017 and lived in Vancouver before moving to Calgary in 2022 He loves spending time in nature while hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping and exploring new places.

Derek TseWarehouse Technician

Derek has worked in our industry since 2018 and has a wide range of technical experience including repairs, maintenance and installations He has a diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology and extensive knowledge of the AADL (Alberta Aids to Daily Living) Program

Rob AustmanSenior Technician

Rob has worked in the industry for over 8 years, and finds it very rewarding to assist our clients with their independence and mobility needs. His past careers include engineer and radio personality. In his spare time he enjoys reading, movies and building things.

Shezmeen DevaniCSR

Born and raised in Calgary, Shezmeen spent 12 years in banking and customer service before moving to the health care industry She has spent the last 6 years in community health and rehab, and is excited to have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our therapists and clients in the community.

Jim has been working in our industry since 1997 He came into this profession not knowing how much it would change his life and how rewarding he would find it

Jacqueline CloutierSeating & Mobility Equipment Specialist

Jacqueline has 10 years of experience in the industry, working with rehab seating and pediatrics She is originally from Ontario and made Calgary her home about 13 years ago She is married with a kid who still believes that is he gets bit by a spider he will hopefully turn into Spiderman.

Mike WagnerSeating & Mobility Equipment Specialist

Mike has 25+ years of experience in our industry, including extensive complex rehab and seating knowledge He is happiest when seeing the positive changes that equipment and assistive devices can bring to our clients' lives. On the weekends he can be found on Bow River or in the gym.
