Chip left his own real estate business in the midwest before joining the team as a Realtor/Sales Associate in 2016. After nearly ten years in the business, Chip was drawn to the Naples area by the quality of life, outdoor activities and the luxury real estate market.
Chip loves working with people and he specializes in using modern technologies to simplify the process for his clients.
When not working, Chip plays tennis & spends as much time as possible with his wife (Nikki) and their four young children. Now that they are full-time Naples residents, Chip’s children are the fourth generation (on his wife’s side of the family) to reside in Old Naples.
Kim Spink, Licensed AssistantKim joined the team in 2010 with 20 years of local experience as a real estate paralegal. She uses her strengths and knowledge of contracts to manage the entire contract-to-closing process so that Karen’s clients are well-informed throughout.
