I was brought on to lead product and growth marketing for our SMB customers, and then was promoted to lead SMB marketing overall. My achievements included: ● Grew SMB monthly revenue by 30%+ ● Won hack week twice, a first in company history ● Launched the AdRoll Academy, a video series for guidance and support, a first in company history ● Improved retention rates with my customer marketing and onboarding programs ● Built and refined positioning and messaging for my business segment ● Hosted webinars and produced content for the sales and support teams ● Designed and validated product strategy with customer interviews ● Aligned the product and marketing roadmap ● Amplified new products with go­to­market programs Product Manager Rave (raveapp.co), 2014 – 2017 Rave is a mobile app for millennials who love electronic dance music, one of the fastest growing music genres ever. I built and launched version 1 and 2 of Rave by recruiting and leading a team of developers and designers. My responsibilities included: ● Product strategy ● Product architecture ● Customer development ● Release, go­to­market, and growth marketing Director of Marketing TINT (tintup.com), 2014 – 2016 TINT is a social marketing tool and is used by the biggest brands in the world (see www.tintup.com/clients). I was the first marketing hire and built a team of marketers to grow the company from 10 to 40 people, profitably, without outside investment. My achievements included: ● Grew revenue by 63% YOY, lead volume by 3.2x, LTV by 2x, and mail list by 68% ● Launched the first freemium product line in company history ● Deployed and scaled the first marketing automation system ● Deployed and scaled the first business intelligence system ● Produced the customer media property, Social Studies, and hosted the podcast ● Aligned marketing roadmap with product, sales, and customer success
