If you go out into the woods at night, do so at your own risk.
There are creatutres that lurk in the dark. Behind trees. Watching. Waiting.

The Qalupalik is half human half sea monster, with elongated fingers and green slimy skin.
It lives in the frozen Alaskan sea.
If you’re out on the ice on a cold and quiet day. You might be able to hear the humming as the creature sings, or a gentle tapping of the creature’s fingers on the ice.
This is how they lure children into their icy lair. Don’t stand on the ice.
Don’t play by the water.
Hug your children everyday
Before they disapear.
Beware the Qalupalik.
When you go out into the woods at night, never leave your path. And when you hear the voices, cover your ears and just keep walking.

Beware the Wendigo
Be careful about the voices that you hear.
Your friends are not in the woods. Keep walking.
It is the Wendigo.
It calls to you with the voice of your mother. Father. Child. Friend.
It stalks the woods at night, searching for human flesh to devour.
By the time you see it, it will be too late.

The giant head hunters who were once victims themselves.
As the result of a brutal murder, a head may come back to life to seek revenge.
Stay hidden in the trees.
They are hunting for another victim.
And if you think you are being followed, You are.
Beware the Kanontsistonties.

My last words.
Your shadow doesn’t always belong to you.
The hills and fields might seem empty but they never are.
You’re not imagining those eyes staring back at you.
When someone approaches you in the woods, don’t aknowledge them. Keep walking.
If you feel like something is watching you, they are.
Always watching.
The gods may love you, but not enough to save you.
Head my warning young traveler, for the things that lurk in the trees will find you long before you find them.
