This piece, titled “Music To My Air,” is a headphone that I use daily—whether working out, vibing, studying, or creating. This exercise takes place at home, a space where sound and creativity come to place seamlessly. The headphone represents a connection between the earth and the sky. Down to earth in functionality, yet transcendent in experience. Created from earthy minerals to the sound wave travelling through the air to my ears. Rooted in solid stability while aspiring upwards. Just as buildings anchor to the ground yet rise towards the sky. My designs suggest how sound transforms our consciousness beyond the physical world. This encounter reveals architecture’s ability to transform experiences. From space or sound, it can be immersive—breaking barriers between earth and air, structure and fluidity, grounding and ascending.
